You don't really forget the past...u simply move on. Like it or not, that person was a part of your life and there was one or two good things about that person. That being said you need to first accept he is no longer a part of your life. Then look for activities to take your mind off him. The most important thing is time. Give it time and whatever memories you have of him will gradually be replaced by new and better ones.

It all boils down to watching what goes into your system....what you eat or drink will go a very long way in determining your health status.

Do stuff to take your mind off her/reduce the time you spend around and with her. Funny thing with crush like this most times if you end up getting the girl, you discover it doesn't turn out to be all you imagined. I have seen situations where a guy 'moves heaven and earth' to win over a girl (and vice versa) and years later when you see them fighting and get separated, you wonder what they saw in each other in the first place. That is not to say you should give up on her just yet, just let things flow...sometimes when you try too hard to get something, you loose it entirely.

Anger in itself is a human emotion. I don't feel there is anything wrong in getting angry...once in awhile...the important thing is not to say anything or take a decision/act while in that state of anger. That being said, I 'try' as much as possible to ignore the person making me angry, walk away from the situation or listen to music (classical or blues, not rap/hard rock, lol). Often times I find removing myself/tots from what is causing the anger calms me down. There are situations as well when its not a recent even that is making me angry,it could simply be recounting/talking about a past event and the anger 'creeps in' as if its happening all over again. Those times its better to change topic. Why talk about what you can't go back to change?

They already know about Bitcoin in my country. For now there is no clear stand on their opinions. But I don't see them banning or accepting it either anytime soon. Whatever the case, its acceptance is gradually spreading especially among the younger generation.

Try doing something to wear you out say some physical or mental exercises. Once the body is stressed out, it looks for a way to shut down (sleep) so it can 'recover' itself
|

Education is not only about reading books and knowing things...it also involves learning how to interact with fellow human beings and that is not what can be learnt at home since interaction is more of a 'practical' lesson.
