What happened if everyone keeps their tokens?

Yes this can happen, but usually there is always someone who will sell it. It's just a matter of price. If price is really high, then total amount decreases very slowly, but we are all happy anyway. Aren't we? Smiley

Cool, thanks for the clearification. I couldn't find too mich information on that first villa. Was it written in the whitepaper vor somewhere else? By the way, is there a proof the land where the villas will be built on is owned by Xaurum Gamma Trust?
