Of course & as a merchant I would expect to pay some kind of fee..
so is the mass adoption of bitcoin into everyday life a goal ?
Or just a store of value ?..

Hi, newbie  & I'm a London black cab driver.. I currently take credit cards & pay 3% fee.. the passenger pays none only the metered fare..
The high % transaction fee for me to accept bitcoin makes it uneconomical to accept it over c/c...My average fare is £10-15....
Will or can that % fee ever change ?..
How can mass adoption of bitcoin (or any other crypto ) ever occur ? If that is a goal..

Ive just got breadwallet on iPhone, signs in the cab  and will accept bitcoin from next week...but more for discussion & interest ...if I get a £100 fare I wouldn't accept bitcoin if the fee is over 5%
