1  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Looking to buy Bitcoins for $200 on: June 01, 2011, 02:51:00 PM
I'll take a money transfer or paypal as long as I can have some sort of funding security. What's the commission?
2  Economy / Marketplace / Loan/contract. $500-$750 USD. Negotiable % earning. 1 year. Not a BTC value bet. on: June 01, 2011, 02:07:21 PM
I originally wanted to sell my computer here and pay the difference over time with BTC, and possibly some cash. I realized that was simply 2 transactions. I might as well sell the computer on eBay or whatever and focus on the deal here to make things simple.

Payment accepted: paypal, BTC, USD

I'm looking for someone who wants to make an investment. We can negotiate the percentage. Invest $500 USD, and make some reasonable percentage on your money over the next year. Let's say we agree to 10%. I now owe you $550. I can pay you with dollars or BTC at market value to reduce the debt, to be resolved over a period of 1 year from the date of payment. At the end of the year if I still owe anything (most likely not) I will pay out the remainder. Very simple. Low risk negotiable investment. Looking for 10%, negotiable.

I am happy to make it as official and legally binding as is possible.

8  Economy / Marketplace / 4 BTC for $20 epurchase(paypal or cc)+ short errand (windows, 15 minutes TOTAL) on: May 19, 2011, 07:06:57 PM
Hey guys, I've been on the forums recently, I've paid out several BTC for similar errands (last time I was trying to cap out my dropbox space).

I don't have a windows computer, so I need someone to do this for me. This is a favor to me as much as it is an offer to you:

Purchase the Prima strategy guide for the game "Brink" (eguide format, not physical copy, runs on windows computers only).

http://www.primagames.com/guides/display.php?isbn=9780307469984

Print it to a PDF file (you'll need some sort of windows based PDF printer software, I'm sure there are many free solutions that work perfectly).

This might work: http://www.bullzip.com/products/pdf/info.php

Email me the PDF, or put it up on a free file sharing site (encrypt it) and PM me the link (and password).

Earn 4 BTC.

---

I need this done relatively quickly. If you get it done soon, I'll throw in a little extra BTC. Offer is good for today, may or may not be good tomorrow.

---

Also, post if you are going to purchase it and do this, so we don't get multiple people buying the same thing.

11  Other / Obsolete (buying) / Re: WTB Portal 2 on steam on: May 09, 2011, 12:14:59 PM
I am offering it for 10 BTC at the moment (above link), just follow the procedure listed. You will get the game key sent to you via PM within 2 business days.
12  Economy / Marketplace / Re: PC/Mac/Steam Games, Console Games, electronic keys or 3-5 day shipping service on: May 08, 2011, 06:52:26 PM
The key is pulled from a retail box. Located in the USA. The slight discount comes from the fact that I can use that DVD. There is a market for it, but it isn't worth much by itself.
13  Economy / Marketplace / Re: PC/Mac/Steam Games, Console Games, electronic keys or 3-5 day shipping service on: May 08, 2011, 03:10:23 AM
I am interested in Portal 2.

"Which are differences"?

[PC Steam Key Only] (10 BTC)
[PC Retail Steam Game] (11 BTC)

?

The difference is- if you buy the key only version, you receive just the key. You activate the game directly via steam, on the lower left hand corner. You click add game, and type in the key.

With the retail version, you receive a physical box copy of the game in the mail. In the end, you still type the same key into steam to activate the game. It really just depends whether you want the box and DVD or not.

The reason the key code is 2 business days is that I am not holding stock on hand, I am rush shipping the retail version to myself, taking out the key, sending it to you, and then recycling the DVD.

I will try to make the EU console versions of these games available.

I already have a Dropbox account, but you might be interested in the following:

if you have an .edu email address, you can double the space you get for each referral/invite to 500MB. if your school is not in their system, just email them and they will add it.

20  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Mining investment: 30 BTC = 100Mh/s * 1 year = ~360BTC current rate, ~90BTC@25% on: May 07, 2011, 11:17:39 AM
I'm starting the first 10 shares approximately Wednesday. I agree that with this, as with anything, you will have to make a prediction about your expectation before making the investment. If you think the growth rate will stay large or increase more, it makes no sense. If you think the large growth rate as of recent is a peak, it might. It's entirely up to you. That is your assessment to make, and no one can predict the future with certainty. Make your best guess. Weigh the risk vs. the reward. Use your brain. All those good things. Obviously, I'm not trying to make that prediction for anyone. Go run some numbers and see if it makes sense, use a variety of growth changes and see how the money works out.

I'm not sure how soon I will be able to add additional shares or at what price. The absolute earliest would be Wednesday.
