Month ago I bought my first rig. 10 card rig.
5 Sapphire rx 570s
5 Aorus rx 570s
smOS

knew what I was doing.. HELL No!

Since then Ive bought a second rig 6 card windows rig and built a 5 card windows rig.
When I purchased 570s fellow said the updates were automatic.
When Septembers updates came I saw no change.
Contacted him yesterday he told me that I had to push updates myself.

I downloaded the rx fix, flashed it... inserted to mobo...

But now I have a 3 fans that are high% at all times. The temperature on those fans can be lower then the other fans that run at 27-40% and these particular fans will still be high%...

If I add the last card it will be 3 fans. also an Aorus.

Live in Windsor Ontario, drove 4 hours down to Toronto Picked up Rig. Guys were great helped me set up Bittrex (Wallet / Currency Addresses) and SimpleMining.

They built and had rig going. Took an extra 2.5 hours while I was down there to fix some bugs .. they had a monitor had red error lines. They changed lines of code or lines of input.. Lines removed. They swapped out the motherboard for a 270 Pro board as the other one couldnt handle, 10 GPUs.

So what did I get.

Picked up a GPU Mining Rig.
5x Rx 570 Sapphire Nitro
5x Rx 570 Gigabyte Aorus
Corsair 1000 Power Supply
EVGA 750 GQ Power Supply
cpu no idea which.
ram on board no idea which
Bunch of cables and wires and stuff to hook it all together.

No Hard Drive.
Using a Thumb Drive, Operating on smOS?


The Bad...
7-12 Minutes after being turned on 1 or 2 GPUs will fail and show 0 Hash.
GPU 6 in my unit heats up way faster then the others. Fans running 100% once it hits 79(C?)... Other Cards will be 48-55(C?) 30-35% fan
Hash is at 264-265 for the 10 cards.
I have no idea what memory they have nor do I know how to figure that out(Don't want to try and pry one open)
Running at 1700-1710 Watts.


My Objectives...

I want to get these cards Stable, No Crashes especially in first 7-15 Minutes.
Id like to be pushing 275-290 Hash on the 10 cards.
Id like to be running between 1400-1500 Watts

Considerations...

I think I might be best buying another motherboard cpu and set of ram.
