The site is down, the dev team does not respond. Scam alert. Avoid at all cost.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it time to sell BTC for BCH ? on: November 13, 2017, 10:51:55 AM
BCH got pumped hard. Use it only for speculation purposes. They have been hostile towards the BTC community in the last few days.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitCoin Is Too Complicated for Average People! on: November 03, 2017, 12:19:32 PM
Well, normal people need to make an effort. I thing the bigger problem is not the complexity but rather the trust in Bitcoin. Many don't understand the technology and see it as voodoo magic. It needs to be explained in schools and universities so that people understand how blockchains work.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "but money is backed by gold and bitcoin not" how would you answer to this? on: October 27, 2017, 11:53:23 AM
Money was backed by gold. Not anymore. The gold standard is long gone. Both Bitcoin and USD are not backed by anything.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to have a price correction in cryptocurrency... on: October 23, 2017, 08:18:45 AM
Bitcoin is in bull trend until it isn't. Nobody could forecast when the trend will turn around. It could be next year or in 10 years. Corrections are something normal and after a downturn always comes an uptrend.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What major factors affect bitcoin price? on: October 19, 2017, 12:30:58 PM
Government regulations and bans have big influence on the short term price. Big adoption news do the opposite.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What type of wallet do you use? on: October 14, 2017, 03:06:34 PM
The best option is using different wallets for different purposes.

  • Hardware wallet for long term storage
  • Mobile wallet for payments
  • Desktop wallet for moving funds around (e.g. exchanges)
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin survive? on: October 11, 2017, 08:39:45 AM
Bitcoin will survive. Time will show which version will take the lead in the future.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are We Dead Without China? on: October 04, 2017, 07:33:37 AM
Banning Bitcoin might elevate the price. People will continue selling it on the black market and start smuggling vouchers into the country. People will have to pay premium over the market price. Everybody will forget about China in a couple of months.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stealing Bitcoins from online wallets with 2FA on: October 03, 2017, 03:03:34 PM
Do not use your phone number for 2FA - especially if you are based in the USA. There are better alternatives such as code generators (Google Authenticator) and Hardware Keys (Ledger Nano S - yes, you can use your hardware wallet for 2FA).

12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin growth again, what to do? on: October 02, 2017, 09:33:23 AM
Normally you should buy when there is a dip. Now is not the perfect time. Don't buy BTC only because you are exited.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Another hard fork coming in October. New Bitcoin name is "Bitcoin Gold" on: September 28, 2017, 08:24:43 AM
I think there are many people who want to disrupt Bitcoin. These might be backed by the banks or governments. Keep calm and keep hodling Smiley
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: September 27, 2017, 02:57:55 PM
Bitcoin will be my retirement plan. I try not to touch it.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about the legalization of bitcoin in Malaysia. on: September 25, 2017, 08:05:10 PM
It is the right thing to do. Malaysia is on the right track unlike China.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Amazon Will Accept Bitcoin Speculation on: September 23, 2017, 12:49:51 PM
If its true this would be the biggest Bitcoin announcement ever, but unfortunately this is not the first time people have speculated on Amazon adding Bitcoin as a payment.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WEX.NZ (Ex BTC-E) EMAIL FRAUD. DON'T SEND YOUR BITCOINS! on: September 22, 2017, 05:00:37 PM
Emails containing public addresses are 99% malicious, especially when you get a "special offer".
18  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your way of spreading Bitcoin knowledge? on: September 21, 2017, 12:55:40 PM
I create Infographics and write blogposts about blockchain Smiley
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN AS PAYMENT FOR ONLINE GAMES on: September 21, 2017, 09:03:12 AM
What about transaction fees? I am not sure if it would make sense long term. If we had lightning networks implemented then maybe.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as salary for a regular job? on: September 20, 2017, 01:43:32 PM
I would definitely accept Bitcoin as a salary. This way I wont need to convert my savings into crypto.
