1  Economy / Exchanges / Re: binance withdraw issue on: June 04, 2018, 07:50:05 AM
I'm having the same issues now... not receiving verification emails, being fobbed off and told to contact my administrator through support tickets. Has anyone get their withdrawals working?
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ZEN] ZenCash: Private, Secure, Resilient CryptoCurrency with zk-SNARKs on: November 22, 2017, 01:47:46 PM
if there will be very many secure nodes and not so profitable i think team will decide to give more then 3,5% for secure nodes.

In near futue popular will be segwit/atomic swap/lightning network - maybe after you start secure nodes, active marketing... will be time to add them to zencash.
Yeah!
If a change in coin count occurs for the nodes, implementing it before main net would be more respectable to investors.
Team listens community, and everything will be taken in consideration be sure in that Team will do best for this project.
Reward of 3.5% for nodes and 42 Zens as requirement for nodes, for now everything stays same.  When we get feedbacks from system itself we will tweek it if there is need and support from the community.
Some members think that this lower number is good and many will create at least one node this way we will be best decentralized system Cool

My only issue with this people have to run, setup, maintain and troubleshoot multiple nodes which can be time consuming where it would be easier to play with just one or two. What is the tangible benefit of having 2000 nodes compared to 500 nodes especially when tx volume is so low right now? that is still a good decentralised network imo

Still waiting for nodes on main net... we need a good news story soon

just wondering how do we prove our identities to claim the physical zencash coins when the logo competition is over? Also with each vote only costing 0.05zen, the comp looks on track to make less than 5 zen total, will there be enough in the kitty to even pay for that?

Another accurate call so it seems by OP.

I think that before climbing further it'll probably dip below the $20 mark and potentially be dragged down to the sea of altcoins currently below the 100th place on coinmarketcap. Profits have been great for investors over the past few days but these growths can't really be sustained.

Looking forward to the next tip Smiley
Yes after leakage of fake Palm Beach Confidential Zencash report and their denying of it, everything is possible. BUT This video should cause dump but it is locked. Palm Beach Confidential: Zencash (ZEN) Update -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ojjvCiCXr3A What game do they play I'm not sure, and who is behind of this, so i would not be surprise to see pump to 600k then dump.

I thought the pbc report was confirmed legit?

Is anyone planning to do a youtube tutorial to set up a secure node?
I will talk with the team about this, video tutorials are always best one.

Awesome!

I wonder if we can get this project worht 30-40$ per coin ?
Wanna see what secure nodes will do, and ledger wallet.

that is what I am thinking,  (I am thinking  more than 50$)

there are a lot s$$$-coins with a bigger market cap that have no improvement , no integrations, nothing.

the zencash team is delivering what promised, every two weeks a lot of news, and more integrations with new partners to use the zencash in the real life/cases.

and the secure nodes will be on the main net the next week...

Currently Zen is ranked 177 on coinmarketcap.com and you have a look at the coins above it, quite a few boggle the mind as to why they even exist. Before the September crash there was so much speculative money flowing into every alt-coin and rubbish ICO the market was really over-heated and after these two upcoming forks when money starts coming out of BTC and into alts again, the cream will rise to the top and the shit will stay at the bottom as people will be more risk averse after so many people have dumped their alts at a huge loss.

Zen is poised to make a good ascent, and timing couldn't be better with secure nodes coming online to the main net in a couple of weeks and by the time the 2X fork rolls around in mid-november I'm hoping that the payments to secure node operators would have started and this will be very attractive to investors. Right now is the time to accumulate and HODL

Yeah I got it at 192k sat but its 160k now Tongue Not really worried tho.

Yeah look at the markets, everything is in the red. Great time to pick some more zen

Can somebody confirm that coss.io is not a scam exchange? I've sent some BTC and it's been 7 (only 1 required) confirmations already. My balance is still 0. Support is silent.

Coss.io is legit but it takes a little while to process transactions from my experience

Question regarding the swing wallet...

How come sometimes when making transactions the swing wallet will automatically create a new wallet address and move some Zen into it?

Thanks

I'm definitely looking into running a secure node or two but I was wondering are there risks from attack associated with running a secure node? If so what are they and what protections are in place to mitigate against them? Is that why you're recommending hiring a VPS so our home networks are secure?

Thanks

Guys, as part of usability and market acceptance of zencash have you reached out to private internet access vpn service? As the biggest vpn provider in the market they already accept zcash so it could be a good one to lobby. I sent them a request anyway so if they keep getting peppered with requests they might come around

Here is the response I got from PIA btw

"Currently, we have no information available regarding possible upcoming changes to our service such as new server locations, Payment methods, services, features, etc. However, I'll send a note to our developers regarding your request; if an idea is requested often enough and is viable, they may consider it for future development.

Best Regards,

Private Internet Access™"

This is positive news if they keep getting requested by the community, but the coin probably needs a bit more development before then IMO

Hi, is there any way to delete any of the addresses I've generated in the wallet? I downloaded the Elios wallet first and clicked new address about 50 times, now They all show up in my swing wallet too

Thanks
Do you have funds on those addresses, on pending maybe? Tell us more about your system..

No not any pending transactions or funds in them except for one address. I am running Windows 10 and I downloaded the Eleos wallet first and when i was playing around with it trying to get an address to set up mining, when you click "new transparent address"in receive tab, it wasn't showing up in the addresses tab. so i clicked it a bunch of times. After deciding it was buggy i deleted Eleos, and downloaded Swing, and when I loaded that up, I had about 50 addresses in my wallet and i just want to remove most of them to unclutter my wallet screen

Thanks

If you don't have funds in those addressed then it is the best solution to delete wallet.dat, and when you start your wallet it will create another one for you automatically.

Close wallet.
Go into folder - > /appdata/roaming/Zen    delete "wallet.dat"
Start wallet again.

OK thanks, i have funds in one of the addresses, i assume i have to transfer those out of there first or at least write down the private key so i can recover it?
