1  Economy / Exchanges / Re: CEX withdrawal rejected for verified mastercard.- SCAM? on: January 13, 2018, 07:35:18 PM
So what really happened is, CITIBank withdrawal was rejected, When i withdrew again, i selected another local bank FGB (UAE), even though CEX says its successful, i got an SMS from bank saying CREDIT Transaction reversal.

Questions:
Why did the CITIBANK withdrawal did not go through?
If my new bank FGB has rejected the deposit, how long will it take to see funds back in CEX?

Thanks

6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Missing Hash Rate for L3+on pools (Best Auto switching pool for L3+) on: December 14, 2017, 08:20:56 PM
Hi

I have started to test my L3+ and it  has been plugged  in now for over 6 hours. Ever since NH went down, this has highlighted how crap other mining pool are in terms of ease of  use for beginners.

--Zpool: I am not seeing full Hash  rate : https://imgur.com/a/I6Zh2

--Antpool: Same, it reports less hash for worker

--MPH: The developer/support said "they are too busy to spend time on FAQs and guidance!" - https://imgur.com/a/4MDAv

--Prohashing: They cant detect my miner, i think their I was buggy.

My questions:

--Why do I get too many discards? Is it pool or the hardware or the config of server URL or password arguments?

--Why hash power missing

--What auto switching pool should i be best hooked to.

Please advise.

Update:

I have earned 0.0002908BTC in 5.30hours (4.77USD) that translates to roughly $20 per day i.e $600/month, but the mining calculator on coinwarz shows at current difficulty for LTC i should be earning ~$820.

Wondering why this mismatch or the calculators are off by certain estimates?
7  Bitcoin / Mining support / Power cord for antminers on: December 11, 2017, 03:22:42 PM
Hello

I have antminers and the PSU did not come with power cords as usual.
I have a 13A wall socket
A power cord with 10A fuse
It's rated 10A/250V
My supply current is 210V
The cord is thicker than what I bought earlier (cheap one which heat up after I ran antminer for one hour)

Can somone please suggest if this new power cord is correct in terms of rating?

I got it from our office IT dept who use these for all desktops and servers and monitors.

Thanks

I am also facing below challenge, can you guys make a video tutorial for setting up antminer, L3+ with couple of famous mining pools, like MPH and zpool. trust me it would help SOO much for beginners and make it easier to start.

Guys, is there any guide to help me setup AM for miningpoolhub?

I tried to look around and cant find anything...

I did what I think I got right, and I have no idea what it's doing lol.

I added a managed profit miner and then added a 'new pool'... I put the address of the BTG pool address in the URL and then worker name (username.worker) and pass x....

picked the type of coin...

I then clicked start and now it's mining "unknown neoscript" which I believe is feathercoin  Huh

I'm so confused. I really want to get this thing running. I primarily want to run equihash, lyra2rev2 and cryptonight for CPU. that's it...

I should be alternating between vertcoin, bitcoin gold, monacoin and monero for CPU...

Help me out please!

Here is a screenshot. I have no idea where that portnumber came from... It's the one for monacoin alright... I don't see it on the dashboard that I'm making anything though?

https://s17.postimg.org/50gyy5yyn/AM_ss.png

also, is there a way to make my CPU work on monero for MPH as a 2nd worker?

edit - it decided to mine groestlcoin which I have no interest in, not to mention, I was just mining monacoin at  a day, and now it's doing groestlcoin at  a way Huh
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: Mining Pool Hub vs Zpool vs Nicehash on: December 09, 2017, 07:50:50 PM
for the love of good god, can somebody please post what would be the server URL for mining L3+ on:

Zpool
MHP

I am new and not familiar with the server URL syntax. I spent my weekend on this (

Lke for zpool:
scrypt.mine.zpool.ca:3433#xnsub
Worker: <WALLET_ADDRESS>
Password: c=BTC,d=128000 (usually all video tuts mention to leave this blank)

Is this correct?
How do i get this syntax for MPH?
What pool should i mine with auto switching to get best profitability from L3+ (since it only does sycrpt)

Thanks
