Question about the ICO's that are gonna be on Wanchain. Will they only be payable by WAN? Or also with ETH?
The tokensales will only be payable in WAN. |

Good question! I also want to know when I will be able to buy some coins. Im really interested in interoperability for blockchains, in my opinion this will be very important in the near future, therefore I want to dedicate a part of my portfolio to bridging projects like Wanchain. So when will we be able to buy, and where? We cannot comment on exchanges. However, mainnet will be released in January. |

This is project need marketing I am also in your telegram group I have noticed everyone speaking about marketing issue. you need to take this matter seriously to team member's otherwise project will fail.
WTF are you talking about... This project sold out in minutes, the actual state has nothing to do with a lack of marketing. We are waiting for mainnet launch you fool. I bet you even have no clue what WANchain is about. Trust me we have a big marketing and PR campaign ready to be launched with the mainnet. Until then we are preparing for that. Big things coming! |

A few developers didn't want their identities revealed so we used famous Chinese actors. We've since updated their photos to avoid any confusion. The mistake on our side was not reflecting that clearly. Sorry for the confusion. Projects who have developers who donīt want their identities shown just donīt write about them. Are you sure, that this is real WanChain coin? They must have own blockchain (not ERC20 tokens)? How this tokens trading now? Ot threy will swap after they will launch mainnet? They cant burn this tokens. It will be scam. Wait until mainnet is released and the official Wancoins (not these ERC-20 tokens as they are ONLY useful for tokensale participants). No trading should be done before. The swap will be the exact amount boight at the tokensale , no more. |

ICO finished already? How much they raised and what price per coin was on ICO?
121,500 ETH were raised. Terms: 1 ETH = 880 WAN (ETH was about 290 dollars at the time) so about $0.33 per WAN. |

Closed beta is currently running to my understanding, they want to have mainnet working correctly before releasing tokens correctly, as for bounty program, they are running one inside the closed beta, i am personally interested in a bounty program myself Once the mainnet is released we will have a Developer Bounty Committee. This committee will be in charge of the allocated pool of tokens for community devs and will work closely with the community devs to find the right compensations for their contribution the technical side of the project (this will not just be limited to identifying bugs but suggestions, improvements etc). |

Admin please keep update in bitcointalk this is the grandfather of all crypto related discussion Currently we have accepted about 90 testers. They are currently testing the alpha testnet and reporting any bugs to the developers. So far only a few minor bugs have been encountered and dealt with.
We will post an official progress update on Monday.
Yep!, at the moment we have invited 90 of which 68 have joined and are actively testing the testnet. We will be posting a progress update later today (around 16:00 UTC). Are any of team members even here? Do they even follow this thread?
They are very active on the telegram chat room but I would love to see them here as well. Bitcointalk is still the "mothership" for crypto related discussions. Yes, they should have paid more attention to Bictointalk. Wanchain was a very hot topic when it was executing ICO. It is too quiet here now. I apologize for that. Was initially quite active on here but then set up the Telgram and Discord groups and it was very time consuming. I am back on Bitcointalk and will bring updates to everyone as they come. For now, we have accepted the first developers to test the Wanchain alpha testnet. They will be conducting several tests to identify and help combat any bugs. Would also like to state that Wanchain is not affected by the most recent Parity bug. |
