This is not correct, only people whitelisted will have access to this page, will require a whitelisted email in order to join!  Whitelisting has finished and is no longer possible, see kyber website (blog) for more information.

cryptosifu is correct, this is very important, if you read the link I sent above, you will see that Kyber will send you a code during the registration process, this is sent to your email.

Unfortunately it looks like the max cap per investor will be 4 ether or less
