Hallo,

habe noch zwei SilenX iXtrema PRO Series 120mm und dachte mir eventuell klappt es ja wie bei meinen Mainboard vor 6-7 Jahren die 3-Pin Lüfter auf den 4-Pin Anschluss vom Antminer S9 zu stecken.
Klappt auch an sich, sie lüften und man sieht auch die r/min Anzahl im Menü. Startet auch ohne x allerdings fängt er nicht an zu minen und zeigt auch keine Temperatur an.

Hab jetzt nach 3-Pin zu 4-Pin nachgeschaut und bin fündig geworden. Da bei 3-Pin keine Regulierung möglich ist frage ich mich nur ob jemand weis ob man über PuTTY die Spannung regulieren kann?

In /config/bmminer.conf sind folgende Einstellungen möglich:

"bitmain-fan-ctrl" : true, -> steuert nur manuel oder auto
"bitmain-fan-pwm" : "100", -> bringt ja nichts


Ist das möglich?

I have started mining now with a s9 13,5th batch and because of the loudness i have underlcocked the machine down to 575.00M frequency with a fan percentage of 43%.

Fan speed is at 3,120/3,720. The loudness in dB 75-80 but i always think the psu is louder, just because of the small fan.

The temperatures are the moment max. 67° PCB and 99° Chip. The room temperature is about 20°

All in all i have about 12-12,3TH which works for me now at best. I dont have tested the consumption yet but it should be not more than 1200w.

Bitmain says 0-40°, i have read not more than 90° PCB  and 115° Chip, other say not more than 60° PCB. The s9 stops automatically at 80° but in tests at 90°...

How do you guys run this loud beast?
