There's a steady daily rise since 4/29 on DIG. Maybe Arbitrade has been buying up the DIG coins now to slowly get to the $1 floor price by June 1st.

I helped them a bit with the buying today.

Why is DIG at around $.3 and NAM is at $441? Per this announcement, DIG will have a floor of $1 on June 1st and NAM will have one of $2. ORE and HNR are also way out of wack compared to DIG and this announcement.

All had big run ups today:
Honor      HNR   55.37%      
Namaste      NAM   54.76%      
Orectic      ORE   25.27%
   DIG   -2.45% but a large volume at 237BTC

algo_trader, you may have grounds to sue, if your funds were still under their control. I'd look to see who else was affected and contact a lawyer.  I don't believe that just because they made a note of this in their news feed, it doesn't make it OK to confiscate your funds. If indeed that's what occurred.

In the past they have stated hours not day and night for the upgrades. Sounds like they may plan to be down for awhile this time.

I don't understand why they can't design their apps to move over to another node for an upgrade. OLTP online node switch over has been available in the industry for years. I'm thinking it must not be cost effective for them, even though they loose transactions during the down time, and customers who move over to other more available exchanges.

I've been reading that BITTREX will be delisting around 80 altcoins. I went to their site and this is all they currently have being delisted:

yep, it doesn't make sense to build a wall at 2 sat with orders to sell 1B coins. If anything, feed it in as the price appreciates. People will loose hope if it takes too long to wipe out the coins at 2 sat!
