Just want to confirm there is nothing malicious regarding our form, which adds all info into a trusted Aweber database we use to communicate with you via email.

The Airdrop Smart Contract will work very similarly to a an ICO "crowdsale" contract.  
The way ICO contracts work, 1 ETH might equal 1,000 tokens.  
The great thing about these contracts is that it automates the distribution of tokens.
As soon as you send your ETH to their crowdsale smart contract address, tokens are near instantly deposited into the address you sent your ETH from.
This eliminates the man power needed to manually perform token deposits.

The way our Airdrop Smart Contract will work ...
instead of needing a whole ETH to trigger the deposit of our airdropped tokens
you will only need to send 0.000000000000000001 ETH ... the absolute smallest amount of ETH possible.
At today's value of $812.07 per ETH, that comes out to $0.000000000000081207  or  0.0000000000081207 cents!

There is no meaningful amount of ETH being spent or received, it's purely a mechanism to simplify delivery.

Everyone who registers for the airdrop before 2/14 will receive an email with the Airdrop Smart Contract address.
All you need to do is send 0.000000000000000001 ETH to that address and 25 ETHB will be sent back to your wallet.

Recommendations:

1.  Send from a MyEtherWallet -- In no circumstance should you send from an exchange or Coinbase because they are not setup to receive ETHB and your ETHB will be lost forever.

2.  Add at least 0.02 ETH to your MyEtherWallet to cover Gas Fees.  This is about $16 worth of ETH.  You will not spend this much to receive your airdropped tokens, but if you have less than this in your wallet, you might not have enough for your wallet to work properly.

3.  At the top of your MyEtherWallet you'll find a slider that says "Gas Price:"  Slide it all the way down to "5."  
The gas price is what the miners will be paid for mining your transaction and this is a very small amount.  Expect you'll end up paying about $0.20 in gas fees to the miners to receive 25 ETHB!  Keep in mind, there are only 21,000,000 ETHB in existence, which is the same maximum number as bitcoin! The difference is, we're where bitcoin was back in 2009 / 2010.

2018/01/09 AIRDROP UPDATE

Over 22,000 people have registered so far for the EtherBTC airdrop scheduled to take place on or before 2/14.  If we can get to 100,000 people registered before then we will do the airdrop sooner.  Keep spreading the word about our airdrop so others register, too.  If you know any YouTube, Twitter, Facebook influencers, nothing makes subscribers happier than to get free tokens.  Please bring it to their attention so they can share it with their subscribers.

Important note ... do not unsubscribe from our email list unless you don't want to participate in our airdrop(s).  Your Ethereum wallet address is saved as part of the same database, so if you unsubscribe, you are not only unsubscribing from receiving important emails from us, but you are also unsubscribing from the airdrop.

We offered a bounty program at the very beginning, but once the ICO went live on 8/16 the bounty program was discontinued.

We've had a tiered pricing structure to encourage people to purchase at each level.  Tier 3 pricing of $2 each ends on 9/23, at which time Tier 4 pricing will begin at $2.50 per coin.  Then on 10/7 our ICO will conclude and ETHB will be listed on an exchange. 

We plan to list a small amount of ETHB on the exchange at $4 per ETHB and will take a supporting role to help drive traffic to the exchange from our website and make sure there is enough supply to support sales while being careful not to oversupply and cause prices to decline.  Our objective, once on the exchange, will be to foster an environment conducive to rising values.

What you're getting at is the very essence of "where does value come from?"  What makes one crypto worth more than another?  What is unique about ETHB that will give it an advantage compared to others? 

I'm sure there are other ERC20 tokens that also have a limited supply of 21,000,000 (and maybe even less).  The question is, does anyone really care?  Does scarcity alone create value.  To which I would answer, "No."  You could have the only one of something in the world, but if no one else values it, it will only have value to you.

The reason bitcoin reached $5,000 is because of massive market awareness that created demand.  There are other coins forked off of the same code that offer more privacy, quicker transaction speeds and that are also growing in real world adoption ... so where does bitcoin get it's "digital gold" status from?

I contend that value comes not just from supply, and not just from functionality, it comes from demand.  We are able to control the supply to an extent, but we are not able to control demand.  We are, however, able to do our very best to create awareness of ETHB and stimulate demand.  The FOX article is an example of that.

There's only one reason someone is willing to part with $3,600 - $5,000 for a bitcoin, and that's because whoever buys it expects it to go up in value over time.  What makes EtherBTC different and gives it a competitive advantage is that it has been designed with the marketing objective to grow its value over time, too, by restricting supply and creating awareness in order to stimulate demand.  It's the intangible beyond the code that will cause ETHB to succeed.
