1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you planning to accumulate for 2025 on: March 06, 2023, 10:58:41 AM
For me its too early for shopping and preparing for next bull.

But my allocation would be:
  • L2 - 40%
  • DeFi - 20%
  • Web3 - 20%
  • AI - 20%

2  Economy / Speculation / Re: When do you expect Bitcoin to hit $20 000? on: September 26, 2018, 03:58:42 PM
It won't happen this year, nor 2019.

I think nothing before summer '20. This downtrend has not finished yet, then we need some consolidation and slowly uptrend to get levels $10k -> $13k -> $15k... etc.

pure speculation

Indeed.

The market is slow right now and day trading are almost dead. The best strategy right now is to buy btc under $7k and hold in the next 20 days (eta). I don't expect new bull run soon, but recovery over 9k are inevitable.
4  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't look at btc every five minutes on: March 23, 2018, 11:11:58 PM
A few months after ATH has been always very hard to trade.

Unstability & high volatility are frequently and the best is to make only a few trades per month. Use logic, price key levels and be in touch with the latest news. Right now, everyting under $7,500 are good entry in the next month or two. Anyting over $10,000 are good for sell or short and prepare for the new, lower entry. Bitcoin long term is optimistic but upcoming months can be pretty bad for the bulls (hodl too).

I'll buy ETC after fork. Pump probably wont happen in the next few days, that means more drop down and better opportunity to enter.

You will get another chance to buy ripple @ $0.1. Just wait the end of the year and you'll be happy holders.

Hello CEX.IO Team,

I sent 1.4 ETH from Bitstamp to CEX 12 days ago, and they never came to my account. I see now that the problem is in this stupid smart contract.

Anyway, please, can you resolve this?

Already done 3 times.

Waiting 21 days and still nothing.

 Huh Huh

According to our information, your funds have already been added for compensation. Still, it requires some more time as the process is manual.

Yes, thank you very much.

Sold it before doom.

Greetings.

11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: At what price are you going to start buying bitcoin again? on: November 13, 2017, 12:42:47 PM
5 times less than ATH.

I'm waiting ~$1300-$1500 to join long term run.

It's not going to happen. We aren't going lower than $500 here and it's possible that we won't even reach that.
There's $8000 on the horizon and i'm sure people will want to test the support of the last ATH. It hasn't really been tested we just pushed through and went down.

My plan for buying is supposed to be in Late '18 or Early '19, nothing before.

And trust me, we'll see $1500 min within' a year.

I sold all my BTC @7000, and I dont really care about new ATH. It's a risky game right now.

Well its obvious that they pushing Bitcoin Cash (BCH) and they spam BTC network.

It can be reason why people use BCH unstead of BTC.

14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v8.0 (Windows/Linux) on: March 02, 2017, 08:25:45 PM
Guys, I have a few R9 380 2GB GPUs, can they mine ETH?

I know about DAG problem, but someone said that solution is to set prirary gpu with more than 2gb of vram?

I set R9 380 4GB as primarty, and still can't mine with 2gb, actiually i can but hash is 0,7 mhs.

Does someone mining with 2gb cards? Thanks.

Guys / Gals

I need some advice.
All of a sudden my most stable rig is no longer stable.
One of my GPU's (RX 480)keeps dropping to 0.00 Mh/s sometimes it wont even start hashing when I start the mining software.
It was perfectly fine yesterday.
I have tried to re-install the driver to see if this was the cause.
I even selected -di 4 and ran it on its own.....when running on its own it runs perfect. But as soon as I try to run a full rig the card fails.

My PSU is a EVGA G2 1600W so that is more than enough power to run 7 cards.

I have the exact same set up on another rig and that runs fine.

Gremlins,

Check Risers & Molex cables, then try to switch risers between the cards. Also, if you have 2 or 3 powered risers on the same molex wire, check whole cable.

Also, try GPU 1+2, then GPU 1+2+3, etc... until you solve problem.

Also i tried to exchange places of gpu-s and for me worked.

17  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to 1400 on: February 24, 2017, 06:41:48 AM
We break $1200.

Next station should be about $1400.
18  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to 1400 on: February 22, 2017, 12:51:44 AM
We'll hit $1400 before ETF.

After that, positive news means instant attack to  $2000.

Ofcourse, negative news will impact - under $1000.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: RX 480 - Which are the ones to buy on: February 21, 2017, 10:10:46 PM
Well, hashrate for ETH depends mostly of memory vendor. On 8GB versions you'll probably get samsung chips. I think it's the best deal, 'coz you can hit 30 mhs very easy with modded bios ofc. 4gb versions have elpida, samsung and hynix. These another two can hit 28-28,5-29mhs max. Depends of luck.

So, for now 8gb versus 4gb dont have big differences. I have mixed 4 and 8gb versions so i know what I'm saying.

ZEC, you can hit 300-310 sols max for now.
Pascal ~ 750 mh/s
Monero ~ 800+ mhs (didn't tested yet, I'll post results in day or two)

Can you post the link?

Red Devil model or?

Anyways, I'd rather go on sapphire instead of powercolor.
