I want to receive USDT by sending PayPal. But there is no option today to sent PayPal and also same thing for receiving USDT.

In the market, we have seen two things which are ups and downs of the price. Everyone wants to earn by investing to get profited. So the time will be decided by you as you have a plan and target before buying it and you want to fulfill it. Ethereum is always the right choice for the long-time holder. Because I had already that experience to hold Eth for a long time and got enough profit as expected from Eth. The potential price of Polygon will depend on how the price of Bitcoin will react on that time. Time is an important factor and anything can happen. Yes MATIC can be better to invest. I am holding Matic from the last bear which happened almost 6-8 months ago. Still holding for long-term purposes. If you are thinking about to invest in Matic, it is still worth to me to invest in. But do everything by your own research and risk.

In business, nothing can be considered as safe. Because ups and downs are the common features of the business and also whenever you are making profit from a competition it means someone is doing loss and you are getting it as profit. This is called the competition of the business policy and I think every business is done by following this. I am a crypto trader and also I have some physical business. So this is my thought about your statement.

Both are risky in my opinion. I am a long-time crypto trader and I do have not enough idea about forex trading. But forex trading is one kind of size system which will automatically be traded according to your size. Here, the more the size the higher the risk. In crypto trading, bear market can come anytime, and then you can hold your assets which you invested. So, both are risky to me and obviously different from each other.

Network is the main factor here to determine it. We all know that eth network is higher in comparison with BNB. If you would like to spend less gas fee, you should go for using BNB based network. Because of expensive fee in Eth network. 

Personally I will not surprise to see the New ATH within this year. We are already staying at the last quarter of this year and we have already seen so many times new ATH and broke all the records so far. So it is now common to break the previous one and draw a new one to make new records which can be considered as New ATH. Any news can be influential, who knows which will gonna work? So, I am still hopeful to see another ATH.

Crypto is mostly used by the young generation of the current world and it can be said that they are updated with the current world. They know the current world very much.
