2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: PhoenixMiner 5.0e: fastest Ethereum/Ethash miner with lowest devfee (Win/Linux) on: July 27, 2020, 05:25:09 PM
Periodically, the miner crashes, I think it's worth switching to the old version for now
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: July 24, 2020, 03:41:24 PM
It's always satisfying to read people complain about how long it's taking for Ethereum 2.0 to be released  Cheesy
Keep complaining that they are dotting the i's and crossing the t's please! I'll keep accumulating at a great discount  Grin
The longer it takes the better imo, gives more time to accumulate and for weak handed moon boys to disappear  Wink
A very insidious plan Grin

Hi,
We've added BitcoinSV (BSV) to http://zpool.ca/ sha256. See below for connection details.

Fee only: 0.5% or less
BTC payouts are processed once a day for balances above 0.0025
Payouts for all other currencies are made automatically every 4 hours for balances above 0.05 and balances more than 0.0125 are included in one of the payouts each day.

- Sample configurations -
To mine and get paid in BSV:
Code:
-a sha256 -o stratum+tcp://sha256.mine.zpool.ca:3333 -u BSV_ADDRESS -p c=BSV,zap=BSV

Exchange to BTC:
Code:
-a sha256 -o stratum+tcp://sha256.mine.zpool.ca:3333 -u BTC_ADDRESS -p c=BTC
Exchange to BTC but mine only BSV:
Code:
-a sha256 -o stratum+tcp://sha256.mine.zpool.ca:3333 -u BTC_ADDRESS -p c=BTC,zap=BSV

All of our ports are NiceHash friendly, no need to specify any extra details

5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [BetterHash] - Easy mining GUI application for Windows on: July 16, 2020, 04:29:45 PM
Hi everyone,

On July 10th, the BTG Team has detected an extremely long attack against the BTG network, specifically a chain of over 1300 blocks that have been mined since July 1st 2020.

The Bitcoin Gold Team was quick to alert pools and exchanges to take measures immediately and many of them closed their wallets over a week ago.

BTG version 0.17.2 was supplied to replace the previous version, and it included a checkpoint at block 640650, hash 000000059ec8884fa4fbbdbe46c09cfb4ecba281dfa2351a05084e817c1200ae from July 2nd at 2am UTC.

According to the BTG team "With this block checkpointed, the attacker’s chain could not take over, but this information was not public, and the attacker continued to mine. The attacker mined their secret chain for nearly 10 days, renting power from NiceHash to do so. Today, on July 10, the attacker released over 1300 blocks. Because those attacking blocks are anchored at a block mined on July 1st (before the checkpoint), the honest pools and exchanges who are running the updated code automatically rejected the attacker’s chain."

In order to stay on the honest chain, BTG Core full nodes have been updated to version 0.17.2 in BetterHash. This way we made sure that mining in was not interrupted or affected in any way. The update is made in the background so there is no need for you to install anything.

BetterHash Team

Is there any information about the next updates and fixes?

7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Important Is It To Create An Announcement Thread For New Startup? on: October 02, 2019, 10:24:41 AM
That kinda like something that you need to do first before create an bounty campaign thread or activity.
Announcement important for someone that too lazy to follow project from their social media / web / email.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Beware; Do not Fall for Phishing Sites, Do Not Be a Victim of Scams on: September 29, 2019, 04:43:19 PM
it like old kind of airdrops, they asking payment for getting reward, but the different the old airdrop asking payment just for gas fee , but for now it will positif as scam. Beware of any airdrop that asking payment, private key or your KYC.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do crypto trading bots really generate profits? on: September 29, 2019, 04:15:57 PM
its little help for someone that can't do trade for long times, but sometimes it can be dangerous whenever you can't monitor your bot. Many case prove that bot can't be perfect work , it can be error and make you lost big money
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We need regulation pretty bad on: September 29, 2019, 02:44:34 PM
i think that bad idea , whenever blockchain and cryptocurrency being control by govermen. Even on system payment that already regulated fraud and scam still exist there. What we need is just peoples need more education about cryptocurrency
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best mobile crypto wallet? on: September 29, 2019, 12:39:33 PM
If you want to store token erc20 i think imtoken is quite good, i've been using for more than 2 years and still good and safe. IF that not token erc20 then using blockchain is good enough, although the option for coin isn't that much but that wallet is quite populer and safe
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Anyone suggest me a Good ICO or an IEO? on: September 28, 2019, 02:17:26 PM
for ICO its must be something hard to choose right now which ICO that have good on future or not. But if you asking about IEO, you can join IEO on major exchange market like Binance or Kucoin. From history 2 of them giving their IEO participant quite good profit
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Promote bounties for how good the projects are and not for reward on: September 28, 2019, 10:06:35 AM
it's actually their choice to promote whic bounty that they think worth and have a big chance to success. But for what u said i can't understand how to choose which bounty that have good or bad. It just gambling, it can be good at begin and ended with bad situation
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dogecoin any Marketplaces for Trading? on: September 27, 2019, 02:57:03 PM

15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: if anyone hacked your account then who is responsible??? on: September 27, 2019, 01:25:47 PM
it's all your own responsible, no one can be blamed for your lost account. Its mean you fail to secure your account. The best way to secure your account on exchange is you need to activate your security 2fa, and always check the address of the exchange. because sometimes hacker attack their target using fake website
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: There has never been a worse time to hold altcoins on: September 26, 2019, 04:54:53 PM
i'm not someone that can read graphic or signal on market like that, but so far i still holding alt. i believe that this condition just like 2016 to 2017. As long the cryptocurrency community keep growing, there is still chance there price will back or pump
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best time to keep investing? market is crumbling again on: September 26, 2019, 01:07:44 PM
I agree for BNB. Backed by big exchange binance make bnb worth to buy, for sure binance won't let bnb keep down but for eth , i guess you need a better option than ETH for now. many potential ALT COIN except eth for sure. i will choose stellar (xlm) and XRP over ethereum for now.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: stick to the same option or switch to another option? on: September 25, 2019, 04:53:40 PM
Well not patient is one of some problem that gonna make you failed on cryptocurrency. Join coin with ponzi scheme system is wrong way. You just gonna hear about success and get rich with instanly from them. Just skip anything that come from someone that promoting ponzi scheme coin/token
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Do You Look For In A Bounty Campaign on: September 25, 2019, 01:09:59 PM
i will choose a value project with a better product over a project that giving away higher reward,
i trust whenever the project that have product success it will give impact to our campaign, the value of token that given from doing bounty will not drop when hit market
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to invest safely in cryptocurrency? on: September 24, 2019, 11:18:04 AM
Make it more simple
just invest on top 100 Coinmarketcaps. I think the top 500 cmc is still too risk. Because many new coin that hype for a short times can do that, but whenever the hype is gone , the price will back and the rank following also
