What has happened to GEO coin recently? Had a massive pump to around €16 and now seems to be dying off!
Doesn’t seem to have much going for it or have I missed something?

I’d say $2 by end of March easily. $5-10 this year is well achievable given the roadmap and what’s in the pipeline.
New roadmap on the 25th, FairX will ensure the short term gains - not pumps and dumps.
This is one of the “safest” bets for 2018 in crypto - we’ll, as safe as any bet can be in crypto!!

I only wanted to declare my position on it and why.
If you read the post I’m actually just looking for thoughts, opinions on the coin itself and why it’s quiet.
Although it’s pretty new so maybe that’s the reason.

I’ve just bought a good chunk of this coin since it’s still very cheap (but please note it’s still ~x4 the price around the ico). Even still it’s a seriously good prospect and great tech. It seems to be below the radar somewhat but I was told by some people with a very good track record (make £10k’s to £100k’s profit in 2017) in crypto to get into this and I have.

Anyone got some thoughts on it and why it’s relatively quiet...?

All other things being equal, verge should reach 0.1 of moneros price if it’s just down to supply as it has x10 more coins. However, are all other factors equal??!!! 🤔

I think it's a reasonable suggestion to think it will get to $1 this year. Possible more. 'Privacy coins' will definitely prosper this year.
But, there are no facts in crypto!! No assurances and no way of realistically predicting a coin's growth as we are entering a completely new space. Traditional methods of interpreting graphs and using traditional stocks/shares/currencies can not predict future growth of cryptos with any degree of certainty. The mythical crystal ball would do just as good a job!

I'm holding some verge as I believe in it. I personally believe in >$5 - but longer term. $1 for 2018 is very achievable in my opinion based on real world usability, and the inevitable hype that will see all USEFUL cryptos make large gains in 2018 with mass adoption.

I stored my NXT on the jelurdia online wallet before the ignis airdrop but it seems to be gone? It just won't load. Any ideas what's happened?? Will it come back online?? Nervous I have lost all of my NXT

It's not really hidden but amazingly undervalued still...its STELLAR XLM!!! This is going to be huge in 2018.
Recent news of collaboration with IBM is just the start. It has real world use case and there is serious momentum gathering behind the scenes here.
Of course, do your research and follow it closely. It has had a few small pumps recently but for 2018 I think this one is a no-brainer (as much as there can be a no-brainer in crypto!!! Haha)

For me it's stellar all the way. I hold all coins listed except iota and my only realistic hope is stellar. The recent collaboration with IBM is just the start. It will start to see good growth based on
1) actual use case with IBM international transfers
2) mainstream perception of a well established and well renowned company buying into its technology - leads to mainstream adoption and long term exponential growth
3) other large players (well established household names) will also get into bed with stellar in 2018

That's my thought anyway.

Can't see ripple doing too well tbh (stellar will probably match its price within 6 months) and sia looks to be dying :-(

XLM has been climbing already...expect a massive pump after the 25th when the Bitcoin holders realise the potential! The future is bright for stellar ;-)

I see where you're coming from re the link with XRP. However, I don't think we will see such a close correlation in their charts in the future. I can see XLM having a life of its own now...no longer a poor relation to XRP.
It can make it on its own and may even surpass XRP price (if not ripple's overall presence within financial institutions).
