Firstly we would like to thank everyone that has been waiting patiently while we've been putting in the necessary work since the release of The DAO Report.  The guidelines released by the SEC have certain unclear implications and references that were outside of the scope of any of our own personal knowledge and required professional counsel.  With that being said, it has been a very grueling period of time in which we've had to use personal funding, vette dozens of lawyers and firms in search of one or several that could tackle the issue at-hand, and continue with development in preparation for the future of MASS.

As promised we are remaining transparent with our investors and supporters so that everyone has an understanding of where we stand now and where we might in the near future.  We have retained Losey PLLC which is comprised of multiple attorneys, each with their own focus in various areas of practice.  The first steps were complete analysis of our goals, offerings and so forth so that they could have a better understanding of how if at all, our project would fall within the realm of a security, commodity, or otherwise.  Following that was yet more analysis to determine what options we had that would best suit all parties involved including but not limited to our investors, any regulatory bodies of interest or concern and the project overall. 

Now that both steps have been completed, we are exploring all possibilities thoroughly without any knee-jerk decisions being made in order to maintain the level of clarity and direction that we have upheld since the start in order to secure a long-lasting, legal presence within this space.  Tuesday evening our team will conference in with our attorneys and discuss how we plan on moving forward.  We will make another announcement following that. As of this time, we are still as mentioned already - determining which options are best.  We will continue to keep everyone updated as we have any news to share and greatly appreciate the patience of our supporters.

I'm invested in MASS and I think this will be one of the tokens that will survive in the end, simply because the future of crypto is POS. This token will be in the top 10 and "in years time" it will hit well above $1 billion.

It's clear that those two clowns BigBob.. and Hoedown25 are on the same team or even the same person and that they are trying to sabotage the project. They are obviously not real people who have invested in the project but only here to troll and spread FUD.

Just look at their names one is here to Bash and the other is trying to Hoe down this project.

I have both ignored but if people react to them I still see them spewing their venom.

Cant just refund us ppl.. No way of knowing who all are... Like ive been saying last 10 pages. Only way to do this is refund EVERYONES money and start over.

Clearly you're upset, which is probably an everyday occurence for you.  Yes crypto is stressful.  Oh you've run complex projects? Never had setbacks on those projects? How annoyed would you get with your clients when they would ask you questions that you had already explained to them, sometimes more than once? Now picture every single one of your clients demanding answers all at once when you have already explained it to them, would you be upset, perhaps frustrated?

Trying to compare ICO's is ridiculous. None of them are run exactly the same and ALLLLLL of them have had issues in one way or another. Things never go as planned despite best efforts to do so. The team  wants MASS to succeed just as much as their investors do.  I hope someday everyone who is complaining get the chance to start their own business and then they will understand. I also hope you get a difficult person that will show you exactly the way you are acting now

Yes but a savvy investor such as yourself, knows how risky crypto is. You know that things happen, there are hacks, regulations, setbacks etc. Right? In all of your due diligence, never once did you factor in that team updates might be negated by the next one? If you didnt do this, then you probably shouldnt be investing.  And yes, you were demanding an update, but had you done your "due diligence" on the Telegram chat and merely scrolled up a bit, you would have seen that your question was answered quite a few times, by many people like you wanting an update. Had you read the pinned post and seen that there was no update since the last one, you would have had your answer too

I read your comments when you were there.  Its not just the US, Singapore is also affected. If you would read whats going on with crypto,  regulations, and not have such a greedy narrow minded approach to it, perhaps you would understand that the type of crypto that MASS is will be affected (dividends/staking). They are trying to proceed in the safest way possible. would you rather they got shut down after the ICO and then your tokens are gone? No, i dont think so. Things happen with any business and there will be setbacks. Clearly you invested more than you should have and now you are panicking.

You came on there demanding an update, which you were given. It took at least 7 people to get you to understand that they are waiting to hear back from legal. They are currently waiting to hear from their legal team on proceeding with the ICO.
