I've had same problem.
Just delete folder 'c:\Users\%USER_NAME%\AppData\Roaming\Tradingcoin\' and start daemon. It should sync normally.

I don't use any 'conf' file.
Any other qt-wallet I used I start with '--server --listen --rpcport x --rpcuser x --rpcpassword x' and that was enough.

Does anybody know how to set up rpc user name and password in 'Tradingcoin.conf'?
