What can i do?

Your coins is safe, your address contains the transfered amount you can check it here https://cashexplorer.bitcoin.com/address/19oKrg9Ei9dPAybKNZE18d6Qbp6cx9uJ19 , you didn't receive nothing because you use a non supported bitcoin cash wallet, you can access to your coins if you import your private key or seed to a bitcoin cash wallet.. A bitcoin address can receive bitcoin cash, but cant be spend in bitcoin blockchain rules..
thank you for the reply. So i have to download a BCH wallet, and log in to it with the seed created before in electrum?

Buongiorno. Credo di aver fatto  confusione con il mio bitcoincash. Avevo 0.57 BCH in bittrex e volevo trasferirlo nel portafoglio electrum, quindi ho scaricato il client 2.9.3, creando un seed. Ho qui generato un address per ricevere il denaro, inviandolo da bittrex. Non ho ricevuto niente. Solo dopo questo scopro che forse l'elettrum non supporta il bitcoincash. Le informazioni sul trasferimento sono riportate di seguito:

- Txld: c420f397b6070775fe2a6b73c630874ac8e96af6650cf73204f26dabd550613a

- Numero di trasferimento: 243771157
