Bounty is investment! You are not just investing your time but reputation and self esteem if you end up supporting the trash that are ico scammer. Please learn about coin first.
And also it is investment in your writing skills. At least they got us chatting.

I have never heard of any project, period, that doesn't have team members. A huge problem is both anonymous teams and un vouched for individuals with linked in accounts but no real networking. Those are both dangerous. Personally I would go with proof of product along with team.

Aww hoping for some real innovative coin for casting. I want to see not only prices over time but social network analysis rather than anecdotal speculation.

Something with serious development and future but market cap below two million. But then again my crypto investment is gambling and I am looking for rocket to ride to moon. In order to do this waiting is needed and thus I haven't found the next one. Until you do just hold on to the fiat in wait.

Then stop invest in scam project. Most are so obvious it is cringe material seeing people invest in them. Only invest in real project which takes an evening of research.

All markets at some time go through growing pains. We can and do learn a lot by adopting market strategies and mechanisms but we also just have to wait. We are clearly in speculative phase with a rather undecided masses and lots of shifting of opinion.

Damn man don't do that. Ethereum has huge potential future. Not only that but buy low and not the other way around as pointed out. Wish I could put more in during dip. Why not just move part over?

I wouldn't be worried too much about scaling which has many people poopooing cryptos future. Assume it will scale in some years and then ask which ones we will really need. Many ico ideas are alright but just not the real usage of crypto like trustless contracts and truly decentralized data and applications.

You know, I was just thinking how awesome it would be for bounties to use smart contracts. I am happy to see idea talked on the forum. Now make an ico so I can sign up for current bounty system helping next.

Historically this has been the pattern but we really have many years of data to look at. Very small sample size to make any conclusions. Why does this happen though? ?

It depends on how early. Two good times to sell are right when the coin hits the market while it is still ico price before hunter dumping or post dump correction. After this it just depends on the coin.

Help us blacklist bounty manager who are trying to make a quick buck by working with any shitty coins that will take them. Bounty manager are supposed to research good coins and be good at it. No scam bounty managers will survive in long run hopefully.

I like real ones with actual team, actual use and not just poorly planned 'x for block chain' which offer a use case that actually makes sense - many things are better off centralized currently, and ones I would actually see myself buying.

So you guys are pretty much setting up interfaces developers can interact with to simplify and hopefully standardize block chain and p2p interaction. Are you going to have different calls unique to different coins since they have different functionality and if so why not just let developers interact the standard ways such as json rpc calls? Definitely can see the value though - would love to see interfaces for coin functionality.

Etherdelta. Everything should be like etherdelta in that coins are immediately listable and tradable. Screw only letting some tokens on - let them all be tradable and compete.

Guy teaching wife to trade... I see quite funny scenarios this would create unless wife is Keen and actually into this. Men, don't try to get your wife into trading unless she is interested. But with regards to your main point, I know two developers who into crypto and at least one famous qi enriched woman from the trollboxes.

At least after napping on it and not getting caught up in the excitement. I make too many bad decisions when not breathing, centering, and rethinking.

Hell yeah. Trustless smart contracts are even more revolutionary than trustless store of value. And like Bitcoin they have first mover advantage but they are also doing a really good job and the momentum is not stopping.

Actually learn the ins and outs of wallets and private keys then if you really want to be safe then cold store those keys with a little bit of redundancy. What will be neat is the inevitable decentralized cloud means of key storage but until then a printed out paper wallet backup with thumb drive storage is safe.

Absolutely. Without corrections our markets would fail to be adaptive and collapse. Crypto requires corrections in tterms of things like mining rewards and financial markets the same.
