Change reward scheme, because its not fair send to pool 5MH and receive reward as 5KH

Reward is in prop shares, not on MH or kh/s.

As said, that is something with your sgminer software. Pool is working as we already have sgminers with 5MH/s - some still mine with 5KH. We cannot test with sgminer on ourself as we don't get it working with our GPUs (we are not miners).
Confirmed, all pools work great! due to your sgmier, please adjust intensity (-I). I recommend -I 15.
