Definitely it was planned. They have just used the community to shine the project. I believe strongly that the cancellation was planned very early.
I will not put any penny to this project. Trust is significant thing in business, this Harward guys may be good at technology but it is very open that they will have problems in business. Noone will work with people not loyal their words.

Icx is my first all-in coin, I have just missed ico and I have been lately informed that binance listed it. I have collected in 11000 st levels and it reached to 50000 levels. As you said the project is magnificient, the team is also.
They have just postponed the mainnet launch, it stopped the increase and the interest from community. This is crypto, noone can estimate the prices but I can share my targets. I believe in the price will see 10 usd after mainnet launch and we will see 25-30 usd levels in 2018. Just an opinion and hodler belief. Do your own search and evaluatio.

I dont think so big companies will work together with this kind of coin having very often network, wallet, loss coin issues.
I have just looked up, there are lots of people living this kind of problems not only in polo but also in bittrex and kraken.
This is very bad reputation to sign good contracts with big partners and new exchanges.
I was an xlm accumulator since I really believed in the project and its underpriced, it was half of my total portfolio, I have sold half of my holdings in high levels, I will sell the remaining too.
Unacceptable transaction problems for a coin having a claim of immediate transfer.
