No, just no, it won't be.  I don't even know where to start.  There are so many problems with "crowdfunded real estate" that it's actually sickening.  Who is in charge of these investments?  How are they regulated? (if its in the USA then it definitely needs to be by the book).  What about liquidity?  Most of all, this doesn't solve a problem.  People can very easily buy into REIT's if they want to get involved in real estate.  You know, funds that are actually legitimate.  Hope you haven't bet the house on this one.
