All that we use is the result of intellectual work, the embodiment of ideas, discoveries and inventions. In the 20th and early 21st century, the speed of scientific and technological progress reached impressive values. However, there is still great potential for development. The point is that any scientific and technical creativity needs funding. At the stage of the idea's appearance, its carrier needs funds for existence. This is the inevitable initial condition. Then, when the idea is formed, the funds for testing it will be required by creating an operational model. This also needs funds. More money is needed to create and organize the sale of a commercial product. In the modern world, this is solved with the help of patents, bank loans, etc. Often this funding is very difficult, and sometimes impossible. The state is also not always ready to support at any stage.
   The idea that I want to develop in the form of a crypto-financial asset will be called Fundamental. I see such an asset in two parts: the first part will serve the interests of scientists and inventors. Everyone will be able to write a project that will outline its essence, how much money he wants at a certain stage of development, what results can be expected if it will be successful. He registers his project in a certain field (mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, technology) for evaluation by experts in this field. Any specialist can be an expert; to become an expert enough to provide a copy of the diploma, say, a scientific degree. Based on the experts' vote, the Fundamental crypto currency is issued and it is sent to the person who applied for the project. Completed projects, I think, can also be monetized, but I do not yet know how. The expert will also receive a fixed remuneration in the same currency, regardless of whether he voted for or against the submitted project. It is necessary to provide a scale on which experts would be able to regulate the number of coins produced and the way to check projects for plagiarism. But this can be done at the next stage after the ICO.
   The second part, which will operate at the ICO stage and after the release of the crypto currency is intended for investors. Anyone can buy Fundamental tokens, or the Fundanental crypto currency, and thereby support scientists and inventors. Profit for investors will bring an increase in the price of the asset and the development of the economy, related to the underlying scientific and technological progress.

Еще больше средств нужно для создания и организации продажи коммерческого продукта. В современном мире это решается с помощью патентов, банковских кредитов и т. д. Зачастую это финансирование получить очень сложно, а иногда и невозможно. Государство тоже не всегда готово поддержать на любом из этапов.
   Идея, которую я хочу развить в виде криптофинансового актива будет называться Fundamental. Я такой актив вижу состоящим из двух частей: первая часть будет служить интересам ученых и изобретателей. Каждый сможет написать проект, в котором изложит его суть, сколько денег он хочет на определенном этапе развития, какие результаты можно ожидать, если он будет успешным. Свой проект он регистрирует в определенной области (математика, физика, химия, биология, техника) для оценки его экспертами в этой области. Экспертом сможет быть любой желающий специалист; чтобы стать экспертом достаточно предоставить копию диплома, скажем, о научной степени. На основании голосования экспертов происходит выпуск криптовалюты Fundamental и она поступает человеку подавшему заявку для выполнения проекта. Завершенные проекты, я думаю, тоже можно монетизировать, но пока не знаю как. Эксперт также получит фиксированное вознаграждение в этой же валюте, независимо от того голосовал ли он за или против подаваемого проекта. Стоит предусмотреть шкалу, по которой эксперты бы смогли регулировать количество выпускаемых монет и способ для проверки  проектов на плагиат. Но это можно будет сделать на этапе следующем после ICO.
   Вторая часть, которая будет действовать на этапе ICO и  после выхода криптовалюты предназначена для инвесторов. Любой сможет купить токены Fundamental, или криптовалюту   Fundanental и тем самым поддержать ученых и изобретателей. Прибыль для инвесторов принесет увеличение цены актива и развитие экономики, связанное с лежащим в ее основе научно-техническим прогрессом.
