My avast antivirus identifies helium-qt.exe file as a threat and moves it to a chest. This happens in the newest 0.15.2 version. How come

Yeah this is why my title says to keep an eye on it, I couldn't advise to buy it, due to some red flags it had. I think the price was so high at the start due to the token burn, it dropped due to the red flags and lack of updates and communication. The devs seem to be more active these days. Waiting for more exchanges and updates on their Q1 alpha release now.

UPDATE:

• UFR is officialy listed on Cryptopia, not ideal exchange, but a step forward as UFR was only available on Etherdelta before. According to the devs another "mid-sized" centralized exchange should list them in the coming weeks.
• Also a medium post is coming next week and the updates should get much more frequent during late January/early February.

So the BPZ tokens would be used as the currency on your betting  platform ? As many projects have useless tokens, this is the first thing I notice and like.  I also like the use of smart contracts here. I'm not quite fond of the name thou, but maybe it will grow on me.

Well 6 man team is more than most of these projects have, I invested into one with 3 devs and there's barely any updates. Keep this updated and good luck.

There's a long road until international institutions will acknowledge such banks, but I like your detailed roadmap good luck.

As stated above you can only purchase it on etherdelta for now. If you don't like it, you can wait a week or few, for more exchanges as the devs said they're working on being listed on some bigger and smaller ones.

Safe bet - ethereum, even compared to bitcoin it's superior, faster, cheaper, if I had large sum to invest it would be here. Now the fast way is definitely ICOs, the ones that aren't hyped, and have small Mcap. I personally go x25 on one of the ICOs, but you need to investigate them before you put your money in.

Question is would you choose to use it for free ? Or would you pay, according to the devs a little, fee, to possibly get better and more stable downloads on a decentralized platform ?
I often find files that I want to download, but they are with 0 seeders and dead. Or with larger files and only a few seeders, it can take a huge amount of time, especially when we want everything to be available to us in a blink of an eye. UFR can improve on this. Viruses are another problem with torrents.

Also Upfiring doesn't need to replace torrents, it can be an alternative. There are many people who would want access to selective files and people would be more willing to share better files for a fee.

Why should you keep an eye on this:

• UFR was traded at 20x ICO price (0,40$) once it hit etherdelta, after such a huge increase, the price since has fallen back to its ICO price of 0,02$
  

In my opinion, investing big money currently is too risky as there are too many questions and red flags, but if we see crucial updates this project could possibly be a great investment.

It's already rank 29, it would have to break into top 10 to go 100x, which I doubt. I also think it's going to be above 1$, but no more than that. 2x or 3x max.
