While there's a lot of factors that go into pricing an instrument. The price seems fair.
It's hard to tell the condition from the pictures, but I've seen similar looking Vuillaume copys go for as high as $1000 on ebay.

I personally believe everyone should switch to mBTC.
If not now, once the value has stabilized.
From an investor stand point I think it would actually help as micro transactions would become more regular.

My only fear is that it might hurt LTC.

I have a lightly used HP ProBook 6560b.

It's a very durable laptop.
It has a couple bumps and scratching, but nothing horrible, and only 4gb of ram, but otherwise meet's your requirements.
Ram is cheap and easily upgraded though.

I would probably ask for the full 5 btc, but that may differ if we live close or something.
