Thanks!!! . Now they have added amount in my account. 7 days completed still not added amount to my account & no reply from them. Yes, I am facing this issue. recently i have transfer amount to coinsecure account. its been 3 days still now its not added to my account (transaction id 725807034465) & i have sent mail from registered mail id .. no response. also the deposit times is sometimes instant .... sometimes it takes 1-2 days... now waiting over 14 hrs to confirm my deposit.
Anyone else got this issue ?
You are not alone in this .. there is deposit delay going on currently in Coinsecure and i guess they has backlog to complete possibly . Mine also pending from Saturday and still waiting . Can you PM me your user email? the backlog is definitely not 7 days old for deposits. 7 days before I made a deposit, even that is not been cleared, pathetic is a smaller word for your service. I thought I might had entered a wrong transaction number made another deposit request with correct number still nothing. And the worst part your customer care doesnt reply to the calls and remove the contact us option from your site that is of no use 4 mails in last 7 days still no reply. I understand the load n other stuff( real or just excuse). You guys are just sitting on our money.PERIOD! |

There are some folks selling them on OLX , but be warned 90% use the nigerian variation trick or post US numbers when you ask for them . All are hoax. Make sure you meet them in person and check the miner before you buy. There is a dealer my frd brought from in Ahmedabad. But is a pricy guy hes asking for $5k for immediate delivery and hes got slabs for the futures ones. Saw an D3 go for $8K for the Sep Batch.

Add me too to the list, made deposit on Thursday night, and got money transfer message on friday. And called all day on saturday & monday but no reply.
Benson, why you didnt explain why your customer support doesnt want to pick up calls?
Guess what you can give any excuse for that, but ask your support why transfer of funds from one account of mine to another one(because the first one was deactivated by you guys) took more then 10 days. Is that the speed with which you work?
Your only plus point is better rates then others, but If this continues you ought to loose customer.

Hello Fellow Indians, New to the forums- Yes, First thread & first post - yes, Have been into trading/following this forum for a good 10 months, but never thought of mining, But now I am thinking of it, as I have got place where electricity charges are negligible. Thought of S9 but dint see it profitable. Thought of GPU based mining, got in touch with a couple of sellers from here but ROI was coming around 8 months, still I was almost into buying it. But yesterday out of curiosity checked for ANTMINER L3+ india sellers, and to my surprise there is one seller on indiamart.com who is selling it for 85K and a couple more were selling @ 1-1.2 lakhs. The offer is too good to be true, the L3+ gives profit of around 800-1000 USD/ Month, which means ROI in less then 2 months. Experienced guys please throw some light into it. Neglect any misinformation from my side as I am new to mining. Finally I am getting a deal on an Antminer L3+ for 2.2 lakhs and the guy says I should give money after testing and running the equipment, BUT he is asking for the Fedex courier charges upfront which he states will be around 7000. Now what I am thinking is if he can trust me on 2+ lakh why he asking for delivery charges upfront.
Iam confused!!
