I have been waiting 19 days to regain access to my account. I saved my previous secret key only to learn upon needing it, that the first 3 characters contain an illegal character. I am confused by this as I directly copied and pasted this code into my Word file.
I have supplied the balances of my account per my own records 15 days ago in Ticket #5729
