Hi
I am a newbie to Bitcoin universe.I want to get started and buy some bitcoins.But before getting into this i have some doubts which i would like to clear.So I want all the crypto currency gurus to help as much as they can.

1)Where should i buy the bitcoins from?Some websites in India need PAN for the purchase.But i don't understand the need for it.How am i supposed to pay the taxes on something which has not been yet legalized?

2)Where can i trade these bitcoins for cash in my bank account?By trade i mean the trading like we do in share markets.
