I updated to latest wallet and they still show as orphan. Does that mean I lost those coins? It is 2x 0.6 or 1.2 LUX.
Yes they are orphans. Current POS reward is 0.8 coins. How do I get rid of them in my wallet under transactions? |

Why does my wallet have "orphan blocks"? I minted 2 payouts just before upgrading to the new wallet, and now they both show as orphan, generated but not accepted. I have had this wallet open and staking since the end of January and only have one payout of minted LUX. I know I only have a small amount, but is it normal for it to take this long, and why do newly minted coins show as orphans? Is there a way to delete the orphans or better yet, get credit for them?

How do we handle Shapeshift.io transactions on CoinTracking? I am showing a zero basis, because I acquired the coin via Shapeshift from my Coinbase ETH wallet!

If I am ACTIVELY trading a coin I will leave it on the exchange for short term only. If I plan on hodling it more than a week I will put it in a wallet. Remember, if you don't own the keys, you don't really own the coin.

Airdrops can be awesome, or they can be junk. I had one airdrop I cashed out for $2500 (and could have hodled and sold for $5000) and have had others I hodled for months and months and are only worth $2. It is really hit or miss. EBTC was my best!

Hey guys, I am hoping to build my first rig as soon as GPU prices relax a little, and am thinking I will use the 1070 ti GPU. Based on all I have read, I am leaning toward the MSI 1070 ti gaming 8GB due to cooling capacity and build quality. I wanted some feedback from some of you who are already using 1070 tis. What have you found to be a good brand/model and why? Thanks!

I don’t buy off eBay. I make them myself it’s so easy. 21 feet of 3/4 angled aluminum is only $20. That will build you 2 rigs. It’s so sturdy and aluminum is good for heat dissipation. No brainer

I got in some really good ICO's last year. It was before all the flood happened. Since then, I have found that there are more junk ICOs than good ones. ICOs that sell out before the release, whales buying everything up before the little guy has a chance, and ones that don't say up front that US investors are excluded, only to find out on ICO day that you can't buy. I have pretty much given up on them for the time being. My last really good one was Civic (CVC). Vinny did it right and everyone had a chance!

Anyone have an opinion on 1070ti vs 1080? I am waiting on the 1070ti prices to come back down because I have read they consume less power than the 1080, and for the increase in hashrate you would get with the 1080, the power consumption makes it a wash.

One thing that really bugs me are all the trolls giving false information. Most everyone is really helpful to new people, but there are people who purposely say wrong things in order to trip up newbies. Be careful and DYOR!

Always keep your own Keys! Therefore, a local wallet is Best, But be sure to safely store your keys. CVC is a good choice! I expect it to be really soar in 2018.

I was so very sorry to find that I'm ineligible to register for the airdrop because I have only been registered since September 1st. I have been patient and still no coins after 3 days. How long are others taking to get their coins? Do they just appear in your wallet?
