We've been very busy! We are on track with our roadmap to open Swapity in the first quarter of 2018. We finished paying out the big backlog of bounties and have moved on to the next batch. There was some internal confusion but now signature and translation bounties are also getting paid out. Thanks to everyone for all the support you've given!

As some of you have noticed, EtherDelta was down for a few days earlier this week. Their DNS was hacked but no coins were stolen since they are stored in your local MetaMask account. They have fixed the problem and are now up and running again. We are still talking to various exchanges (it takes forever for them to respond) so we are expecting to be listed on at least one centralized exchange in January. The Ethereum network has been very slow and expensive the past few days but now that it's calmed down a bit we will pay out more people per day. We're a bit behind schedule and with Christmas coming up we won't be able to work for the next two days. Merry Christmas! We will continue Tuesday. We also have very exciting news soon regarding our search for additional expert programmers!

Here's an update on the bounty situation:
We are continuing to pay out bounties. Please keep in mind the ethereum network is extremely slow and expensive right now. This is not our fault! Blame the CryptoKitties smart contract . Just a week ago transactions cost less then $0.05 and took less then 30 seconds. Now they cost over $1 and take many minutes each to complete. In order to save costs and implement a more consistent payout schedule that we can keep up with, we are changing the payout dates. Please remember that the campaign is still active, we are just changing the payout dates. Please be patient, you are not going to loose your coins!

We are continuing to payout the backlogged bounties. We should be finished in a few days. The bounties from week 8 (last week), this week (week 9), and next week (week 10) will be batched and paid out on the 19th-21st. After that, weeks 11 and 12 will be batched together and paid out the first week of January.

We thought weekly payouts would be the best way to help engage with the community but we are sorry to say it did not work out as we would have liked.
To summarize: you will be getting paid your bounties, but not weekly anymore. We are still continuing the weekly twitter self report form.

As some of you have already experienced, the whole Ethereum network is under a great deal of stress right now, making transactions extremely slow. The CryptoKitties game is slowing down Ethereum so please be patient. This is not our fault! We have already started paying out the bounties two days ago but each of our transactions is taking well over an hour. Hopefully this will get resolved soon.

Unfortunately payouts will take another day or two depending on how congested the network stays. This is out of our control but we are doing the best we can!

Yes the signature and translation campaigns will also be paid out too

I know we've been promising to payout the bounties for a while now. It really pains me to keep giving everyone false hope. We have paid out on time in the past but recently we've become backed up. We really are doing our best to try and keep up with things. One of our team members spent all of last night checking and correcting errors that were found. We thought hiring an intern to help us with the bounties would solve the problem but it turns out he was unreliable. We are firing him and have already found a replacement intern. We are in the home stretch now and you will be receiving all previous week's bounties between tonight and tomorrow morning. For real this time You can expect the normal payout schedule to resume this week. We will also be reviewing and responding to our private messages soon. Thank you all for being so understanding!

I know we're still behind in paying out previous bounties. I'm very sorry for falling behind but please understand we are under a tremendous workload. They will be paid out in the upcoming days (for real this time ).We will be expanding our team very soon. Sorry for not posting here more often, I've been posting updates in our Telegram chat. This week has been very challenging for us but we will push through! Last week's bounty (week 5) ended up getting delayed due to serious power issues at our office (too many miners = burned out power wires ) and will bet paid out in the next day or two.

We are also changing the payout day for all bounties to Tuesdays so we can reliably keep up with demand. Twitter bounty users will still self-report using the weekly google form on Saturday through Sunday.

We are also preparing new bounties for people to participate in! Stay tuned!

Things have been very hectic recently. Our intern forgot the payout wallet at the office over the weekend so previous payouts will finally be completed today.

Wow we had a busy week! We're almost done paying out last week's bounties (will be finished over the weekend sorry about the slow response time). Next week will also be really busy but this time it won't affect the bounty payouts  

In an effort to more cut down on repeat offenders for the Twitter bounty, we are strictly enforcing a limit of one Twitter account per person. To help enforce this you are now required you to join our Telegram group. Hopefully this will cut back on a lot of multi-account users. Because of the short notice the Twitter report form will stay active from today through Monday and will be paid out on Tuesday. All other bounties for this week will also be paid out on Tuesday.

Due to overwhelming community support we are also announcing the extension of our campaign!   We are continuing our Twitter and Signature bounties until January 1st. If you already made other plans for your signature just pm me and I'll remove you from the sheet.

Last but not least we're announcing our new subreddit /r/Swapity. Stop by and subscribe and post something nice

This week's report form is now closed. As some users have brought up, there has been a huge influx of new Twitter accounts in the signup form. We are looking into this as they might be bots.
As a preliminary response we are now changing the minimum Twitter followers to 100.
