I think the market starts to recover slowly, now the price of bitcoin and other altcoins are also now down. For past two days the market starts with green but ends with red. The price starts increase very small only. Hope the price starts to increase in near future. Soon we can expect the market will recover. People expect after june the market will boomup again.

don't think that 80% of all ICO projects are scam.. really.. There are lots of scam projects, but I would never believe such statistics. Cause people would stop participate in public sales, if it was right.
There are also many projects that cannot complete their roadmaps. the situation in crypto world is tough now, so we should be very precise and meticulous when choosing a project to invest.

In my point of views, I would say that ETH since you can you use it for ICO round and make it up multiple times in uptrend market. Then the profit will increase as follow. Also BTC is also good when you want to cash out in the end.
ETH and BTC should exist in your porfolio. Cheesy
