Anyone knows what happen to C-Cex exchange? it's been down for more than 24 hours and still counting, the website keep stating "in a short maintenance" for more than a day! Is it already runaway?

Guys, anyone also using this exchange called C-CEX? since yesterday it stated on maintenance until today still the same and can't access to the website. Is this a scam site??

After I send BTC from exchange to my Core wallet, I back up the .dat file in a thumb drive or external hard drive right ?

then if anything happen to my pc or wallet, i can still restore it using the .dat file ?

I've installed Bitcoin Core wallet on my Windows 10 PC. However it's very much different from Electrum which can see my SEED and Private Key easily. How can I backup and secure my wallet by backing up my SEED and Private key of my Bitcoin Core? Creating command like dumpwallet and privkey is confusing. Please help?
