I am trying with xmr-stak-v2.4.1-cuda8 on SMOS, but it's not working out.

I have small lot of rigs on smos.
Now I have four P104 rigs.
Overclock does not apply.
Lots of errors.
Monitor don't show picture, when connected to onboard gpu.
I could live with that for some time, but another thinf rigs keep rebooting, sometimes once minute, sometimes once an hour, sometimes stable for 2 hours, with following message:
"NVLM: cannot get current temperature, error 15"
So no - p104 is not fully supported in SMOS, and it does not work stable.
Try loading Ubuntu manually and launch claymore from there. |

It's still not working, with latest update ? From what I read around the internet and from what bitnand.com crew has put on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=st0e-_3LAfQSeems that they're using standard NVIDIA chipset drivers on Ubuntu. So I am not sure why are there issues with SMOS build. |

Hello there, I have one question since I moved to claymore 10.6 I have peakes in curent hash rate  Before that I had much more smoother curve. Is there something I can do with that? Rig works stable at 29,6 MH/s. I have 5 pcs of flashed RX580 (8Gb) in rig. I use this syntax -wd 1 -r 1 -epool us1.ethermine.org:4444 -ewal XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.xxxxxx -epsw x -allpools 1 -asm 1 -mport 127.0.0.1:3333 and this is my OC setings core 1155,1155,1155,1155,1153 memory 2215,2215,2215,2215,2210 core undervolting 930,930,930,930,950 powerstage 3 target temp 60 °c minimum fan speed 30 Can I do something with "-dcri" but I don't know where to start playing with it. C/P FINE-TUNING ETH-only mode when ASM algorithm is used (enabled by default): change "-dcri" option value with "+/-" keys in runtime to find best speeds. If you get best speed at "-dcri 1" (i.e. you cannot find speed peak), use "-asm 2" option to enable alternative ASM kernel (available for Tonga and Polaris cards only). NOTE 1: if GPU throttles (overheated) or if you overclocked GPU, best "-dcri" value will be different. NOTE 2: speed peak can be rather short, so change "-dcri" value slowly, one-by-one. NOTE 3: best -dcri values for ETH-only mode and dual mode can be different. Thanks a lot for reply guys! Hey Davor, I also use claymore 10.6 here with two rigs (6 x RX580 8GB). My reported hashrate is constantly 360 MHs, but average hash rate is always bellow. I don't have any errors on my miner console as well. http://prntscr.com/i9yjhbI guess it comes up due to mining fee's and pool fee's. Did you try to compare number of submitted shares ? |

My question to tytanick is regarding relatively new GPU from Nvidia - p104 4gb.
I have Gigabytes, and in windows I get without overclock (out of the box) - 35ETH and 480 Zcash.
In smos Overclock can NOT be applied to this gpu, and with stock settings - 26ETH and 400 Zcash with huuge power draw from the wall.
When we will get support of Nvidia p104 in simplemining?
