1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scam or real ico on: October 23, 2017, 07:27:43 AM
Please stop labeling companies "scam" if you haven't done research. This produces too much noise that makes it hard for new investors to make the right choices.

do you mean REAL ICO?
i know it is also a house ICO.https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2092689.0
No, REAL is an exchange for tokenized real estates, they plan to list different assets that can be bough/sold with tokens, but they are not ready yet.
My project is just one top-quality real estates property, sold through ICO. And I plan to in the market in 2-3 months.
What do you think about it?

Hi all, sorry my Chinese was no good Shocked..
I am thinking about an ICO of top quality real estates in Europe. A token will be linked to a fraction of a family house in a ski resort in Alps. We have 15 houses. Tokens can be exchanged for an actual house, or sold in the market. Token price will grow with the real estate market (about 10% per year). This is of cause much less growth than in bitcoin, but this token is much more secure as it is protected by top quality real-world assets.
We are just beginning to prepare for this ICO and I am trying to check if there is a demand for such tokens. Any feedback will be appreciated.

我也讨厌骗子。 我计划在欧洲提供高品质的房地产。 它将与可随时交换为实物资产的实物资产相关联。 这个令牌在ICO之后的一个星期内不会零,但每年都会增加价值。

7  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin have a future? on: September 04, 2017, 05:21:41 PM
i would love it to have future, but there are some problems with this.. BTC has a great role of a pioneer of digital currencies. Will it survive a competition though?
1. it is very difficult to evolve. It has to go through hardforks which is a pain
2. it is based on an early version of blockchain which lacks features of new ones
3. BTC volatility is a problem for business use. Ever tried to indicate price in BTC? you'll wake up tomorrow and see that you are now collecting 1/2 of revenue per unit (in your stable fiat currency) while your costs are still where they used to be.
4. permanent growth that is built into a model cold actually be a problem. For now it looks like potential profit from growth is not compensated by higher risk. That presents an arbitrage opportunity, that has to be wiped out in an open market. We'll see how this will work out.
