This is actually a good idea. Some small stores near my place is actually doing this to promote crypto and it feels awesome to see a Bitcoin logo every time I pass by that store. Unfortunately, I haven't tried it yet since I'm on the hodler side and I keep my BTC in exchangers I trust, not in my wallet It's good to have another payment option that's different on what we often use everyday, and I find cashless payment convenient every time.

Well, for me Zcash margin trading is as any other altcoin. You just need to be good at margin trading in general. That’s is. As for exchanges. What you want from one? I trade mostly on Bitmex, but recently started to moving to Basefex as they keep adding new coins.

Is there any exchange where I can trade DASH with margin?

BaseFex just recently announced trading ETCUSDT pair. Did anyone tried this? I'm kinda curious.
Yeah, I was happy when I saw that announcement on Twitter. I like trading on Basefex, they have nice tools and pleasing design, but I'm not really happy with the pairs they have. Now it's getting better tbh

Well, I was trading on bigone for a while. Can't say it was that big for me badum tss. But I like that they have a lot of coins.

When I lost a wallet pass phrase a year ago, I see to it to keep all of my pass phrase under one notebook. Of course I keep it safe as no one knows that I am into cryptocurrency. it's just too bad that as far as I know there is no way to retrieve an account when you don't have the pass phrase.

I recently ran across a piece of news somewhere about the exchange and what caught my eyes is the promise they will never require KYC. I looked into it and found they publicly announced about it plus they don't have withdrawal limits. KYC is really something that makes me feel uncomfortable that's why I don't even think about deribit. I know it's the volume is nothing comparable to deribit or bybit but I really long for an exchange that will never force me to act like a prisoner. I was once briefly trading there but never deposited much. Thoughts?

Besides basic knowledge of the industry and keeping up with news, I would say, that the most important thing is having peace of mind. A trader never should be nervous or too excited, which usually leads to making mistakes. And, yeah, do I need to mention that the exchange itself should be super stable? Without any overloads and other annoying shit. For me, I found that tranquility on Basefex. To be frank, I was pretty skeptic at first, but in the end, it worked pretty well for me.

Well, it is really hard to spot a good project nowadays: Most projects started with good standing and promises, I wonder where they are now. If there were 100 projects and ICO promoted in a month, more than half of them becomes scam after a month. It is either they started the project just to scam or they can't keep up with the demands and are often affected by the volatility of the cryptocurrency thus evaporating into thin air, leaving their investors hanging. There were still a few who managed to keep their company and were able to list their ICOs on exchanges and trading platforms though.

I was looking forward to using bybit recently but saw a couple of scam accusations against it( can seem to locate the threads right now). Is there anybody here who has ever used it hands on.(i mean depositing, trading and withdrawing successfully without any challenges at all) I traded on bybit months ago. My profitable position was mysteriously closed without me even knowing it. It wasn’t a huge amount but I still decided to migrate out of it. Bybit isn’t an average scam exchange. It is a well-designed, sophisticated one that manipulates trades and the market for their own illegitimate profits, but they do that in a pretty hideous way. In the system, they set unpublished, secret rules that are unfair to users and favorable to themselves, such as forcefully closing a user’s profitable position. And these are not something you will immediately realize in the first couple days of trading. And they have people on every corner of crypto community actively promoting them. When you look deeper into the way they say things, however, you will realize they probably have no idea what futures trading is at all. But still, if there are any questions raised by real users who speak out against these secret rules, these shillers will raise their voice to drown out the user questions. There are a few legitimate futures exchanges out there. Some have been mentioned here in this post. On July 2017, price of bitcoin was around $3000, in December 2017, Bitcoin got the new ATH of $20000, therefore, I think it's possible to reach $30k by the end of this year.
Don't want to sound negative but we kept saying this line since 2018 when BTC reached ATH then value goes down after couple of months. The value of BTC at the moment isn't bad and yes, let's hope that it'll reach its ATH again this year or so as long as the crypto market is doing good.

I happen to have the opportunity to take basefex’s $20 bonus. So far it looks good. The depth isn’t as good as bitmex, but acceptable. I was able to withdraw the little profits I made from it. I currently plan to deposit a bit and open some larger positions. As for the accusation, I want to stick to the facts. 1. Clearly something happened between basefex and bertyar88. It did not end well. Some FUD occurred on twitter and some ‘influencers’ claim it’s basefex’s fault. 2. Correct me if I am wrong but it seems among the ones who traded there, bertyar88 is the only one making scam accusation. All these influencers who seconded the accusation don’t look like familiar with bitcoin futures trading at all - my apology if someone finds this offensive. 3. Both sides are capable of faking evidence. Telegram chat screenshots, withdraw history, and email records can all be easily forged these days with screenshot generation tools like this https://fakedetail.com. You don’t even need Photoshop. 4. Only basefex team and bertyar88 themselves know what actually happened. And both sides have the incentive to fabricate alternative narrative so they look like the good guy. 5. Basefex's trading interface is unique and tailor-made. Definitely not some quick imitation. Scam is common in the world of crypto, as is extortion. I personally don't actually care whose fault it is. All I know is that basefex seems to be a legitimate alternative to bitmex so far in my own experience. Just my 2 cents.

I couldn't agree more. I've started following and getting altcoins last 2017 but I am not sure where they are now I don't even know if they are still trading. Seems like I've threw away my investment by joining the hype that year, I loss all my hopes after BTC and altcoins value dropped. Anyway, I am trying to revive my love for crypto now but probably I'll just focus on one or two coins, so it won't hurt me like before

Nice to see you guys make progress bit by bit. You guys remind me of the early days of MEX when there were not wicks and overload to worry about.... Do you plan to onboard more market makers?
This you can expect in a few weeks! Nice, I like the spirit! How safe will my money be in your exchange? Now it is the most important thing in crypto trading...

It is advisable to use a dedicated email address and not a personal email in joining airdrops so you won't get a lot of spam messages. I think it is very common knowledge nowadays that if you let your email exposed to everyone through the internet, you'll get a chain of messages promoting the product of different companies and in the crypto world that's one way of promotion. I even get a lot of promotions via my message Inbox here in Bitcointalk through PM. It is a challenge to do free marketing and promotion nowadays

Do you have any plan to list USDT pair?

|

Has there been any consideration into getting bid tokens to be compatible with other wallets such as a desktop wallet like Exodus?
|
|

Will my personal data be in cold storage and will we have to sign up again ?

You should be on Idex, its much better than ether/fork delta. Anyway: can you tell me few things more? 1) circulating supply , 2) max supply , 3) price in ICO , 4) why I need BID? what is value and using this token? 5) which ones other exchanges from Aus with AUTRAC is on coinmarketcap now? / Thanks for answer
