In my opinion you shouldn't only hold BTC and ETH in your wallet , Some altcoins must be included. But you must have complete knowledge of which Altcoin selection is the most optimistic.

In my country the government still not understand what's bitcoin, but it know only tha Bitcoin is anonymous financial transactions in which they have no control and difficult to track.
I'm sure another day all governments will be accept Bitcoin.
