Mirelle quickly gathered a small team, where I am a part of it, to rebuild the pool from it's ashes. After several restarts from beginning and other drawbacks we finally managed to get the pool up and running.  Therefore, I kindly invite you to test our relaunched pool. 1. Simplify the miner onboarding process;
2. Add the ability to track conversion;
Objectives:
0. Make miners pay the transactions. Look at the current fees in the Ethereum blockchain and deduct the transaction fee from the user's payout;
1. Authorization system (registration and login) should be by mail and password only, not by a wallet;
2. In the user's personal cabinet, it should be possible to perform the following operations with wallets (a user can have several wallets): add, delete, transfer a balance from one to another, set as the main wallet for payments, set the minimum threshold for payment (with a warning that it pays X coins per transaction to the blockchain);

2. Through a separate microservice shows the ping to each miner's farm via our telegram bot;

4. Dynamic video card overclocking settings to optimize hash rate/energy consumption.

2. Remove WBT from the system, remove tier-system as well;

Secondary objectives (contributing to increase NPS)
1. The "Lucky Gigahash" promotion. Once a day, for an hour, a random miner will see a boost of 8-10 Gh/s with a report to the community chat (wallet number and boosted hashrate);
2. UX/UI improvements (CustDev based on surveys and requests):
1. Display what program each worker uses (what program we downloaded for him in the brand new app);
2. Ability to find yourself in the ranking of miners (add a display of pages, not just the first 20 miners);
3. The ability to receive payments at a certain time, when the minimum payment threshold is reached (for example, at 12:00 every day);
4. Add the ability to see the average hash rate for a given time interval for the selected regs (it's like a Phillips screwdriver for a Phillips head screw - other pools don't have it and all unscrew with a knife);
5. TDB: Add dual mining and new Coins (ZIL, Ergo, Raven, Beam);
6. Ability to generate and download cash flow statements.
Partnership & referral program:
1) Boost rewards partners will get for attracting miners up to 50%;
In the first month, they will get 30% lifetime profit sharing. During the next two months of consistent mining of an attracted miner, they will gradually increase profits up to 50% profit sharing by 10% each month.

I am the PR director of Whalesburg, and I have been in it for a long time. I finished MIEM, I was engaged in issues of system integration, automation of technological and business processes of enterprises, and then I went into marketing. For the last 11 years, I've been doing PR. This topic is very close to me.
My credo is only a happy, calm and satisfied employee can bring a pool of profit. Therefore all our PR activities I make so that children feel important and necessary in the world of mining and our pool, and want to develop in the profession.

Over the past two years, we've been a team going from idea to a mature company. Through success at TGE in June, through the market crisis in December. At the end of 2018, the ETH/USD rate was at $90, which affected the capital of many projects in the market very negatively. The situation was exacerbated by the fact that many start-ups, bypassing key stages of development, "began to play in corporations" with all the accompanying features. Young companies closed without the time to realize their plans. Few were able to survive such conditions and stay afloat.
Now the strategy of the company is based on the services of providing detailed analytics and providing analytical data to miners on their equipment. Whalesburg believes that computing power is the "oil" of future generations. We plan to occupy 3% of the market in 2020 and 5% in 2021 of the GPU mining market.

Igor began his career as a developer in one of the Russian banks, where he gained experience in the team and development of applications for stock exchange trading platforms, and already on the next project, having received full freedom of development, he designed and implemented the architecture of the platform for carrying out ICO and trading crypto from scratch.
The topic of crypto and mining has always attracted Igor, and our pool - a unique implementation of complex and interesting algorithms, where he can fully realize the potential of the developer.
