I prefer to trade cryptocurrency because of the fast movement in price or the high volatility. It is more risky than stock market but cryptocurrency can give you greater profit that is hardly to gain while trading stocks especially if you are just a small time trader. But the problem about trading cryptocurrency is there are lots of people who wants to manipulate the price while whales cant stop pumping and dumping altcoins.

I dont do much of day trading but what you did is not a good idea because before you do day trading you should pick a coin that has a decent amount of movement or trading volume and never choose a coin that does not have demand on exchanges. What I do when day trading is choose a coin from top coins in the market that dropped its value like 5 to 10% but should also search why the price goes down because it might drop a little but more.

It is not the cryptocurrency that is being hacked it is those exchange or wallet providers that are being hacked. I also think that there are fake reports on exchanges being hack but this is not always happening whenever the market is in a run for recovery. We dont know if governments are manipulating the price since we dont have a proof and we dont even know if there are governments that are investing or trading cryptocurrency so no one can answer that.

I agree to this. I admit that when Im just a beginner in cryptocurrency market I usually rely on predictions and analysis being posted in some articles and news. But I already stopped relying on those because I had an experience of making a bad move after listening with those predictions given by other people. But I have to disagree to your #2 statement because we are all speculating the price of all of those cryptocurrencies.

The price is still too low to sell at this point so I have no plans to sell yet but Im not also buying because I already did when the price of bitcoin dropped around 5900 usd but still this is a good time to buy. So now im just waiting for a decent amount of profit. Does not matter if it will gonna take long or short term. Whenever I feel that I need to sell then I will do it.

The reason why there are lots of ICO scams is because they are not regulated and even a lot of people already aware of this they are still willing to invest even they dont know the purpose of the project. It is hard to differentiate a scam ICO and a legit ICO because scammers can also create a fake project that looks like a legit one but if you will spend a lot of time collecting all the information you need about them then you can decide easily if it is a scam or not. Remember that a scammer will not reveal its true identity so start with that.

It is nothing new and I dont think it is a great news that we should happy with. First of all even there are thousands of bitcoin ATMs in a location if no one wants to use it. It is still useless. Bitcoin ATMs are known for charging huge fees on every transactions so why not just use an exchange to convert your bitcoin to fiat currency and vise versa. In my country there are few because there are no demands for it.

There are lots of uses for blockchain technology not only for digital currency. Like decentralized markets, another thing that blockchain can do is improving the voting system that is being used to vote or elect government officials, also in real estate and more. There are still more to discover. We may not see a lot of other uses of blockchain today but in the future it will sure be used in majority of businesses and other system.

I am somewhat agree and disagree on some part of this. Yes you are right that cryptocurrency will not grow if people will just hold it and do nothing like spend it or use it to pay something but also did you asked yourself if where can we really spend those cryptocurrency if there are still few merchants or stores that wants to accept it? So for me i agree that we should use cryptocurrency not just hold it but for them to grow it should start with big players to accept or adopt it as means of payment and people will come and the demand will rise also. This is my opinion.

It is still possible to make big profits if you will just hold but we dont know if it will be going to happen before the end of this year since no one can predict the price of cryptocurrencies in the next days or months. If there will be a huge progress of adoption in cryptocurrency in different countries then there is a huge chance that the market will make a bull run and again make a huge profit for investors.

A lot of people ask which cryptocurrency will be the best choice to invest every single day but honestly this is not the right thing to do when investing even with other types of investment. Why would you seek an advice to someone you dont know? Think of it. Your money is involved with it and you trust strangers advice on what to do with your money? That is very wrong. Make your own research, analysis, speculation then invest on a coin that you think will give you the most profit. If you cant then do not invest.

I think the best place for cryptocurrency traders or investors will be japan. We all know how open is japan government  about cryptocurrency especially bitcoin.  They even approved lots of exchange this year and recognized cryptocurrency as legal means of payment or legal tender. Japan also leading the trading volume in bitcoin and there are already places in japan that accepts bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as payment. So I think this is a perfect place for crypto enthusiasts.

It will be hard to filter a scam and a legit project because scammers are now being smart. They can now offer good potential projects with well written whitepaper which can attract investors to invest on them. To get rid of being scammed the only thing you can do is collect all information about them starting from the team if they are really the people on that said project because scammers will always hide their true identity and will use others to avoid being sued or caught. It will be a long process but it is for the safety of your investment so it will surely be worth it.

There are lots of reported exchange being hacked but it is not constant and some are really not a scam. It is just an inside job and makes it look like theyve been hacked. Cryptocurrency suffer from this affecting the price but it will always be a temporary fall but honestly we cant do anything to stop this hacking because every system has a vulnerabilities. What needs to be done is hire more professionals to find those vulnerabilities and update the system frequently.

Why should cryptocurrency replace fiat if they can both coexist at the same time? We all know that it is far from happening. It is because cryptocurrencies are not stable when it comes to price which will be hard for people to use it as a currency. But if a government will create its own cryptocurrency it will either be backed by a commodity or the local fiat currency to be more stable so there is still no chance of replacing it.

You didnt stated the reason on how did you lost your bitcoins. So how? Most people that lost their cryptocurrency is because of either scam or hack and people that mostly experiencing this is those who dont know how to secure their coin by themselves and also not aware of this scams. Another reason to lost a coin is because of forgotten private key. I havent lost any of my cryptocurrency so I cant share any stories about this.

It is because movement of the bitcoin price affects the price of altcoins. Bitcoin is the main coin that exchanges are using to pair with altcoins and most altcoins are not being paired with fiat that is why most of the time altcoins follow bitcoin whenever it goes down or up but not all the time. There are also times that when bitcoin price goes up most alts goes down and vise versa.
