If anyone knows which is the:
"Remote Node Hostname IP"
that would make the GUI wallet actually something useful for me.  Grin

Although I am not an expert, I have been able to use quite a few wallets, most of them they just connect to the block chain seamlessly,
after entering a password or a couple of keys, but Haven GUI wallet does not.

Thanks!

Are you starting the daemon?  My GUI wallet connects right away after starting daemon.  First wallet I’ve seen that it doesn’t start automatically.

it start the daemon, but does not syncronize.

Error: Couldn't connect to daemon: 127.0.xxxxx7750

Error: Couldn't connect to daemon: 127.0xxxxx7750

Something that helped me fix it was go to Settings Tab (green dot) and click the "Show Advanced" near the "Manage Daemon" section header.  Found out that I had some Local Daemon startup flags (from the my Monero Settings) there that were tripping up the Haven daemon.  After deleting all the flags, I started the daemon and it worked.

I also just did about 4-5 trades on the .com site, and it worked very well, was able to transfer everything back to desktop wallets.

I do have a question though - I've got 0.512 ETH sitting on the exchange and I want to remove the total amount.  But when I try to transfer the whole amount, it gives me an error: "You tried to send an Ethereum transaction but there was an error".  If I transfer a smaller amount than the full amount, the transfer goes through.

Anyone know what's going on here.  I know the transaction needs some ETH is reserve for gas, but how do I make sure that I get the total amount out without leaving 0.000001 ETH on the exchange?

Thanks

Hello,

Just trying to understand how the fees work.

I am trying to buy ~$25 worth of DENT with ETH.  Here's what I'm seeing:
1 DENT is about 1e-6 ETH
I've got 0.076e ETH in the account
This means I can buy about 76,000 DENT

Now, the fee I see is 0.1%, seems reasonable.  This would be reasonable if the 0.1% was of the PURCHASE PRICE, or in other words $25 * 0.1% = 2.5 cents.

Instead what I am seeing is the 0.1% fee is based on the something else...   I am purchasing 76,000 DENT ($25 dollars worth, or 0.076ETH), and the transaction fee is 0.076ETH (25$!)

So what is going on here?  What is the 0.1% applied to?  This is specifically for Limit orders
