Hi everyone, can anyone point me on info about masternode, I cant find it, only saw some info about 10k frozen unit, but nothing about MN (amount of BOS for MN). Thanks
You can run a node if you freeze at least 40,000 BOS and have a stable internet connection. You can run the node software on your own computer or on a virtual machine, even a Raspberry Pi could do. Only Linux and Mac will be supported at first, Windows will follow later. For more detailed information on the technical aspect, please refer to the white paper and technical paper. These blog posts ( part 1 and part 2) on the ISAAC consensus protocol is also informational. Running a node will be possible once the MainNet is launched, but we will be able to try it out once TestNet launches in June 2018. Instructions on how to run a node will also be provided. |

You should be skeptical, but it's safe to disregard pretty much anything he says, unless he provides proof, which he hasn't done up until now. We don't have any insight on the team's financial situation, but we do know they have at least 40 million BOS stored in their foundation account. was this question ever resolved at the end of the day? It sure has been! To recap the answers: 1) There is no risk in losing any coins by running a proper node. However, if you try to maliciously alter the node software to forge the blockchain, your coins will get confiscated and sent to the commons budget. 2) It's hard to tell exactly since the MainNet isn't live yet. You can use this calculator to get some high level overview of the rewards in the first year based on some assumptions. Feel free to modify the default assumptions to see how the rewards change. 3) The genesis block contained 500,000,000 BOS, which is also the current available amount. Once the MainNet is live, new BOS will be generated through the rewards system. More information can be found in the white paper. Feel free to also ask your questions on the official forums. In relation to item 1), the boscoin blockchain itself has a mechanism that could deny this malicious act as an alert for the coin holder not to lose his coins? So, before any action in the blockchain I believe it would be better to alert the user of this malicious action and later try again confiscate your coins That information hasn't been shared yet, but the consensus algorithm will probably be able to tell if a node is trying to forge the blockchain. When you are running the node software as intended, there is no risk in having your coins confiscated. |

The BOScoin web wallet is secure and working properly at https://wallet.boscoin.io. Keep in mind that your account needs a minimum balance of 0.1 BOS before you are able to open it. It's advised, for any crypto, to be in control of your private keys, which is not (always) the case on exchanges. |

Let's be objective, the price will start to grow after the private code has been release to public and TestNet starts. Then all will know if the product is good and meets our expectations, if this happens, you can expect a rapid increase the price to 20k-30k sat. A good product provides us with a price of 100k+ sat for MainNet in July.

Why you do not reply? The robot you have deployed at your Boscoin forum speaks nothing else but shit. I made an investment when ICO was live but unfortunately I did it after 100% what was aimed was already raised, but due to what was told (if anybody doing any investment after 100% would be raised would be refunded), despite many requests at BOSCoin forum, nothing has been done. Many others like me too complained about same in the forum, but nothing has been done so far. The team even provided live links to the total and available supply which is exactly what CoinMarketCap needs: 3) The team is working on a marketing strategy which will start when we are getting closer to the MainNet launch.
