Yes I modded the BIOS. This is my current configuration  I copied the 1500Mhz timing to the 1625,1750 and 2000 timing. That improved the etherium mining from 21 to 24.7MH. I tried to clock the memories in GPU Tweak 2 but that didnt go well hashrate down to 20MH again. Do I need to raise TDP/TDC? Are they to low? 1) Try to set memclock to 1900-1925, ASUS with Hynix performs well with these settings usually 2) Do you use "blockchain" drivers? What version is installed in system? works for my,memclock was 2000 i set 1925 ,now i hawe at 5 GPUs 132 Mh earlier 128 Mh with Music |

I hawe 25 Mh Ethas and 700 H for Monero Vetevana: What miners are you using ?Claymore Dual 10.0 and Claymore cryptonote gpu do you have any idea how much can we get if I use rx570 4gb? just curios with you hash rate I'm using nicehash without mods I only getting 21 hash any idea how much will it rise if I will try to mod my rig? thanks for your insight if ever you will share your thoughts good luck,. before bios timing i hawe only 20-21 MH on ETH now 24,5, Music 21,6-21,8 now 25-26 driver 17.9.1 AFB power 0,core 1000,mem 2000 |

None of the mining cards I saw were better than gaming ones...
The price was just what attracted,I paid in Finland 290€ with 24% VAT |

Never seen good results with ASUS. Their STRIX RX470's are very unstable when OCing memory over 1925 usually, while other (like MSI Gaming or Saphire) with same memory (Hynix) are Ok at 1950 and 1975 (same straps used, voltages etc).
Have no idea how to reach better perfomance with STRIX models and not loose stability. I tested about 6 or 7 STRIX and all have similar problems described above. For me STRIX are the worst mining cards

Hmm, Afterburner seems to identify them as 570s. Is this normal for the mining-specific 470?
Have you tried switching to an older driver version?
Yes it's a little weird aftb sees GPUs like 570 and GPU-Z sees them like 570 17.7.2 gives the same like Crimsone Beta only fan control. 17.9.1 gives +pow and temp limit control 17.1 and older not does not work at all |
