hey its not Govt OF INDIA officially launch coin.some one tried to get business in the name of laxmi which govt of india plans to bring LAKSHMI coin crypto currency..It is still under process.This LAXMI coin is some one started in India to grab those news.But it is tradable in nova exchange.so anybody can buy But its not GOVT OF INDIA CRYPTO CURRENCY.
