they didnt announce shit about wallet maintenance and I have a transaction stuck in the blockchain worth millions of dollars that cost me a net loss so far of 60% in btc if they didnt fkn put wallet in maintenance mod without announcing users, their policy is a fkn a joke. I am that close to buy a fly ticket to their office and pay them a visit.

guys when you are solo mining and your wallet is not located on the same network than your miners how do you configure it in the command ?
I use wallet address instead of an internal IP ?

I want to reiterate I do believe in the project long term, and 4 years of comitment is enough as a proof speaking for itself, if people cant see it their loss, kmd will rise and shine, but dont expect it to happen on the short term it wont...just test the product yourself it is available in beta  I don't think you would know a great investment if it bit you in the ass. Short term ( why do you even care?? ) KMD is actually trading at its ATH in terms of fiat. Long term as distributed exchange becomes the predominant mode for moving funds in crypto, we will be the center of the trading hub with BarterDEX. If you put as much "research" into atomic swap as claimed you did reading about our lead dev, then you would not be so ignorant to actually tell people not to invest in this project. Really dude, what is your motive in the first place, did you bother to actually ask James about any of the shit you regurgitated? How, exactly, does not knowing one developer's identity harm the investors? Do you not value your privacy? Calling jl777 untrustworthy is pretty low. This morning I witnessed him save a few tens of thousands of dollars of another fellow KMD investor that were at risk of being traded away due to a typing error. Benji75 I'm sorry but you just don't know the first thing about trust. first dont say what I didn't. I never called JL777 himself untrustworthy, I said there is a lack of trust between investors and KMD in general, they hide their ID and dont communicate clearly their roadmap, not asking about specific dates but I dont know what is going on at all , how many people are working on each project, their structuration and the workforce allocated for each of their project, none of that is clear, it is a mess. In the real world, top tier companies have full transparency report about it. Again stop with your shitty comparison in terms of fiat, if btc crash you crash, if btc goes up you also crash, kmd has to get a better return in btc over time or it is just not worthy to put a dime on it Right now the btc/kmd trend is downward, This project huge but what will make the diff is how they present themselves to the world. Any logical mind would not invest in a project where people conceal their ID and do not disclose date ahead, not worth the time and the hassle since you are better off going o casino and gamble. Now for the people willing to dig go into their slack ask question to fully understand the scope of this project is like 1 people out of 1000000 going this far, most of us are reading their website and their social media channel of communication , and it is in pretty bad shape compared to some other projects. Put yourself to the shoes of a new potential investor, why should he sent a cent to kmd, he doesnt know who is their team, he doesnt know when things will happen, when their products will be released, what are their plans for the future and so on, but hey throwing at them a few nice marketing words like atomic swap, zero conf and so on wont do you any good. 90% have no clue what it is, so better explain it in english in a one page (not 30 technical pages that 99% dont give a shit about, no offense here) . Dont hate me for making a critic, I am just saying out loud what alot of people are thinking. any serious investor who isnt willing to read more than a page for his "research" isnt really a serious investor. Who is really putting in more than small amounts based on reading a tweet and a one page summary? I cannot help if those who dont want to spend time to learn the details dont know the details and then later complain that we didnt tell them. We are explaining in clear language all the cool tech we have developed, it will take time to catch up to everything we have, but this process is started. If you dont know what is going on at all, but want to know, all it takes is to join slack and follow the realtime progress. I agree and dont at the same time, not all investors have the ability to understand a technical wp, you dont talk the same way to an average person than an IT person right ? a noob friendly version can be a good alternative and frankly there should be different versions. It's good to hear that you are starting to create documentation about komodo. Why should I have to go on a channel communication to ask questions about roadmap, projects you are working on, estimated date release of your products, workforce allocated to projects and so on ? It should be clearly visible on your website and updated : in all honesty it is clearly not. Right now, we know barterdex gui is being outsourced by another dev. Is komodo lacking resources to hire full time quality developers ? It would be nice of you to reassure your investors about the public release of your product whether it is ready soon or not, just my opinion |

dude find me one time where a conference event had a huge impact on the price, lately events dont mean shit because everyone is trying to buzz around "going to xxx events blabla" , if the top 10 have 0 impact on price when participating to conferences, it's not going to be any better for the contenders if not worst at best. As far as I am concerned there was a huge accumulation lately of kmd and this could be an indicator of a huge dump incoming due to huge expectations that are not going to be met, time will tell, but I am expected kmd to go between 0.00015-0.00020 shortly they have basically no roadmap displayed on their website about what is going to happen in the medium term and have made a policy of not to announce anything fine with me because I like risk hence why I am not putting more than 5% for long term , but dont expect huge upside short-medium term you will be hugely disappointed. |

Here is my assesment of KMD of the last month : Full disclosure, I hold 5% of my portfolio in kmd. right now It doesnt seem to be the project you would like to stake on for short term profit, the risk is too big and they dont communicate ahead what they are planning to release (probably to avoid pnd), increasing the risk for new investors, they hide their id (protect themselves hmmm please...) basically this project is not attractive at all even though it could be big, it certainly also could not be I watched the coin this whole month precisely, the pattern of kmd is clearly going downward as btc is increasing more and more in values due to futures arriving soon on the market, it is a foolish mistake to invest into kmd with your btc, you will just get eaten slowly 1-5% a day. They are saying they are raising their fiat value overtime, this argument in crypto is a stupid assumption to make since every crypto is gaining in fiat value because they are all paired with btc. Again there is a slight chance this could be soon a revelation, but until proven otherwise with a decent upward pattern in BTC, I will stay out of this. Also I took the time to check the history of their main lead dev, he seems brillant but just too shady with too much bad press around him with scandals of nxt assets being stolen and so on + him wanting to keep his id private, it doesnt help investors, since the trust is clearly not here. Add too that the delay of dico, the barterdex project that is taking so much time to be released, since it's gui and ux front end, it honestly shouldnt (makes me question the quality of their other devs) and the fact they are clearly not giving a shit about marketing, I can understands it seems frustrating for a bunch of guys coding all days to invest in marketing, but hey do not try to reinvent the wheels here, you have to do it or you will just go unnoticed, and something better with a good copy paste will come around sooner than you think. peace ps: come at me all the heavy bag holders of kmd ! |

Also one of my concern is the steady increase of kmd the past few weeks is fkn irrelevant no offense since btc keeps rising , if you look at it closely you could even be at a 5-10 percent loss.
As long as kmd will be paired with btc it will be a high risk to invest.

I think people have a huge misconception about Decent right, they see it only as a content distribution platform and forget it was just a case to show what the main core of Decent platform which is a blockchain open sourced where you can build your dapps upon it.
I believe Decent will see a significant increase in the months to come, it is just a matter of time before people start realizing how big Decent is actually.
Their blockchain is actually much much better than ethereum if you compare it to them , much more secure less flawed and much more features, just perfect for companies that want to build their blockchain project.
