我在CHBTC.com上有一些提款问题，主要问题是视频验证几次提款后，您将无法撤回，直到视频验证完成。我的视频验证请求正在等待，因为我从2个月以来通过电子邮件联系客户支持，通过skype，我们聊天，qq，他们没有回应我，他们在线所有我被忽略。

我这次交流的经验非常好，他们收取的费用非常低，对于像我这样的烫头/秋千贸易商来说，这是最好的交易，特别是如果你将费用与poloniex，bittrex bitstamp等进行比较，费用是超级超级，但是有什么好处你有没有退出？对没有。

我不能推荐这个交换，我会提出一个红旗对CHBTC，直到我的问题得到解决，我希望我可以在这里得到一些帮助。如果需要证明，我会提供

I have some withdrawal issues on CHBTC.com the main problem is the video verification after a couple withdrawals you won't be able to withdraw till the video verifcation is done. My video verification request is pending since 2 months i contacted the customer support via e-mail , via skype, we chat, qq ,  they are not responding to me, they are online all i got is ignored.

My experience with this exchange was very good they have very low fees , for scalper/swing trader like me it's the best  exchange especially if you compare the fees with poloniex,bittrex bitstamp etc.. the fees are super super low, but what benefits do you have if you can't withdraw ? Right none.

I can't recommend this exchange anymore im raising a redflag against CHBTC till my problem get's solved,I hope i can get some help here. If proofs are needed i will provide them
