I am sure that this application will help to facilitate the distribution of crypto-cash. Now more and more people are turning to buying goods through this currency. Many online stores will be able to attract new customers. It's in their best interest.

In our Humble Opinion, ICOs are proving to be ponzi schemes mostly used to make quick money.
We are not saying all ICOs are bad, but the first wave of ICOs will probably not survive wave 2.0 when the tech/market/people mature. Remember crypto is still new and everybody is still experimenting; very few real world use cases are there.....

for BITMEA, we are trying to build the use case along with the coin. The coin would need the community to grow, and the use cases will be supported by our team as explained before.

Our ultimate aim would be to make money of course; but we could only achieve that once we achieve a stable coin price that is steadily increasing with time...

Let me know what you think

Why no ICO? Wouldnt it be better for the project to earn something? Or you have another way for it?

Hello kulas01,

Quick money is not in any way our aim here.

Check the thread history, we explained in details how will the premined coins be used:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2377920.msg24313103#msg24313103

Bitmea is a coin that is still in it's infancy. Community needs to grow and ecosystem as well. This will only happen with more people engaged ion the project.
We also welcome contributions on Github.

Cheers!

Wow the 15% pre mine is too much. But i like the no ICO that means its not for quick money.

Hello,

Those google gift play cards are subsidized by one online retailer. They are basically offering them as a trial.
On the other hand, getting an exchange listing will speed things up, since the any retailer using the coin needs to eventually sell them for cash to complete the cycle.

Getting listed on an exchange is proving to be a challenge, since all exchanges are demanding very high fees for the listing.
At the moment the best play is to mine the coin and try to redeem with what's available until things pickup....

Hope the above makes sense.

Hello. What exactly are the outlets in question? What exactly can you buy on your coins?
Too little information about the project on your site. Please describe in more detail the advantages of your coin.

Unfortunately we are not allowed to mention any names at this point. We are in talk with many retailers who have online presence in the region and once an adoption happens we will announce it on the spot.

Apart from reselling Google play gift cards what retailers will adopt your coin, or are you still not allowed to say?

Major drop in network hash power.
People seem to be not interested in the project.

We're working on it....

We added a store where you can redeem your BITMEAs with Google gift cards. That should hopefully bring some interest .

Hi, Dev!

1) the wallet has stopped syncing  Huh
2) how are the work on adding to the stock exchange going?

Hello,

We are still working on it. Apparently it takes thousands of dollars to make this happen.
We are not in a position to pay this amount of money to be listed, so things are going slower than anticipated.
On the other hand, mining BITMEA needs to pickup and the community needs to grow on order for this project to move forward.

Dev when the exchange .
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BITMEA | MEA - Scrypt POW, No-ICO, No-Dev Tax on: December 03, 2017, 11:25:40 AM
Hello,

It should happen very soon.
We have requests for cryptopia and coinexchange. When we get listed we will try and expand to more exchanges.

This is somehow becoming the most difficult task.

On the other hand, we got an incentive from one retailer in the region, to resell Google play gift cards. This is also pending the exchange listing since we need an initial price for the coin.

Anyway , we can safely announce that once the listing is done, we will be launching our marketplace where you can use your MEAs to purchase those gift cards; we will expand from there.

Cheers!

Dev when do you plan to make the exchange . and where .

What are your favorite exchanges?
We will start working on listing Bitmea and would like to hear from you...

No expected date yet. We're working hard on it.
Not easy with a new coin. We need more users and higher hash rate....
