Bitcoin seems for like the ancestor which has involved into Litecoin, Peercoin and Ethereum. Bitcoin is definitely the trading king. But Ethereum is the utility and token king. Bitcoin is just the orgin if crypto’s.

Honestly the best to do is to buy $100 of 10-20 currencies under $1 in the top 200 in Coinmarketcap. I saw a picture of a index that invested $100 in each top 10 crypto currency on Coinmarketcap on the 1st of January 2017 and to this date that $1000 is currently worth $25000. Which represents a 2500% gain although unlikely to happen next year investing a small amount in a range of different currencies as if one or two or even a few go down the others will likely have gone up to make a good profit.

Personally I would stay clear of Ripple. They have great partnerships but I don't see much room for the price to rise compared to other crypto's. Also Ripple has gone up 40x in 2017 alone while some other coins have been sleeping and are ready to wake up anytime soon.

What's your thoughts on peercoin? https://twitter.com/PeercoinPPC/status/935917549279174656 I see lots of good news for a coin so old and that hasn't really went up that much. Recently it had a steady increase and it's volume to in excess of 2 million USD for the past 2 weeks when it was only a few 100k's. Thoughts? I can see Peercoin to going to over $50.  |
