I'm quite sure that WageCan's card is not issued by WaveCrest, I know because I work at there ha.

I know for sure that Wirex is going to switch over to a new provider. You can get their card at a fee or for free if you hold a balance with them right now(there may be specific limits, i'm not sure personally). Though there will be no new VCC.
