майнинг любит тишину. как только люди узнают что там оборудование на миллионы, обчистят окупаемость 12-16 мес, в зависимости как сольешь, может быть и 7-8 на пампах. что советую, съездить на тусовки майнеров, осмотрется и предложить 1 инвестору. но при такой окупаемости желающих мало будет, есть проекты и поприбыльнее Спасибо за ответ. У нас в городе нет тусовок майнеров, к сожалению. По моим расчетам нужно 3-3.5 млн.$. Опять же - у нас в провинции такую сумму можно потянуть только коллективно) Про тишину понял. |

У меня есть база (2 теплых цеха) площадью 6000м.кв. Подведено эл-во 1.2 мВт по 3 рубля.
Давно стоит пустая, даже арендаторов нет у нас в деревне.
Вопрос:
Как думаете, если собрать деньги с населения (токенами или фиатом) и забить её фермами на 1.2 мВт? Себе бы взял 10% с намайненного. Аренды не брал бы. Примерно считал половину АСИКами (на Биток, Лайт, Даш) половину ГПУшками (Эфир вроде скоро накроется, останется Монеро итд). Окупаемость получилась 12-13 мес по ценам оборудования московских барыг. Неплохая рентабельность, даже с запасом. Можно сделать информационную платформу, чтобы каждый инвестор видел всю информацию о ферме, прибыль/расход итд. Профессионалы по оборудованию есть, обслужить смогут.
Вы бы вложились в такую тему? За/против?
